I doubt 'Flow will be allowed to answer any direct questions on behalf of Board members. Â If you want some, here's a few: Â What's the difference between a GM and a Chief Executive role within the structure at Fir Park? Â For a while it seemed we were budgeting for a top 6 finish and/or quarter finals of a Cup. Looking back, was that a financially prudent approach? If not, how has the budgeting approach been adjusted? Â What mistakes did we make that left us with a financial loss in the last 3 or 4 seasons despite league success? Â Does it still seem like a good idea to have voted in favour of reducing the 2nd place finishers prize money? Â Why hasn't the club made any moves to replace Neil Doncaster - a man who continues to talk down the game in Scotland and who has consistently failed to even find a league sponsor? Â What lessons have been learned in the past 3 seasons that will see us move towards a profitable (or just break-even) model? Â What plans are in place, if any, to bring back the live broadcast of games we had on MFC TV? Â Does the financial compensation we receive from TV companies make up for the long term damage to the fan base when game times are switched at the last minute? Â Why do Scottish clubs continue to kowtow to our friends in Glasgow? Â As GM, does he know is Assets from his EBITDA? Â Bob Malcolm. Did the non-OF clubs miss a golden opportunity there? Â It is frequently stated on Steelmenonline that maintaining FP is a drain on the club because of it's aging infrastructure. Is that true? Â Has the club ever considered closing the away end and rehousing away support in the Cooper or bucket seat sections of the main? Aside from the financial gain, might there be the potential there to bring a bit of atmosphere back to FP there? Â What else can be done to improve the match day experience? Â * With Les confirming we need to focus on becoming a better selling club will this mean we will move away from 2 year contracts? Or, is offering a longer length of contract seen as too risky? As well as plugging a financial hole the revenue streams available in a new stadium would outweigh our current offering. Has their been any strategic discussions about this?
