I don't regularly visit the other Topics in the forum other than Club Chat and knowing you can always get an answer to most random stuff is a bonus. Its one useful service is during a match when numerous, frequent posts are required and you don't need to keep refreshing the match-day thread. Much the same as now, if you clicked on the actual shoutbox it opened in to a kind of sub-forum that allowed you to scroll through roughly double the amount of shouts you see at the top of the screen. And I think you had the option to do a search through the archives as you can now.
