joewarkfanclub
Really liked Gomis at Dundee United. Surprised at Hearts letting him go on loan. Good short term signing and replacement for Grimshaw. Should also allow us to rotate Cadden as and when required.

Tickle Pickle
What a window this is. See ya later deadwood. 1 more in at least would be nice Thank you for the goal but better off elsewhere. Best of luck
numpty
Wish him all the best. That goal at Aberdeen was great. Certainly carved himself a niche in our history books, but was always going to find it hard to focus on getting back in the first team after his off-field shenanigans. MelvinBragg
expecting a defender to come in thenYou really expect us to replace our 4th choice right back? It's not Stuart McCall in charge, we don't need 6 right backs...
fizoxy
I think Reid's departure was probably one of the things that needed to be tied up before we could proceed with bringing another one in. Good luck to the guy.

The African
If neither Marv or Lionel are moving,it would make sense to get a loan move for Dom Thomas. He needs game time to develop and he won't get it here at the moment.
BigWeegieDosser
Thanks for the Pittodrie winner Craig. And for sussing out that you are well and truly out of the picture. He'll do a job for someone( plastering, bricklaying?) A journeyman full back who could charge up and down all day , to limited effect . You can tell I'm missing him already

Shotts Well Fan
see Higdon released by Sheff Utd. Would we take him back? Not sure his age now though.
Dezz
see Higdon released by Sheff Utd. Would we take him back? Not sure his age now though. Alan Burrows has said he can't play for a club in Scotland having already played for 2 English clubs this season, Sheff Utd and Oldham. Something to do with international transfer rules. So it'll have to be another club in England for Higgy.
MelvinBragg
see Higdon released by Sheff Utd. Would we take him back? Not sure his age now though.Burrows on Twitter saying he can't move to a club outwith England because he's played for two clubs there already. Suggests club considered it, if only for a second... ohwulliewullie
see Higdon released by Sheff Utd. Would we take him back? Not sure his age now though. In a heartbeat, but any doubts I'd have are less about his age and more about would that be the right way to prioritise spending a limited wage budget? ohwulliewullie
In a heartbeat, but any doubts I'd have are less about his age and more about would that be the right way to prioritise spending a limited wage budget? ... especially if he couldn't play for us anyway, I was about to say.
MelvinBragg
Higdon is ineligible for a move to Scotland. Ross County in for Goodwillie. If we were looking for a striker for the first team, I'd be interested in Goodwillie but no reason for him to swap Aberdeen's bench for ours. And would he play ahead of Moult or McDonald..?

weeyin
If Craig Reid has agreed to give up one penny of the money we owe him he's off his head. Unless he has another club lined up. Then he could take a less than full pay-off from us and pick up another wage at the same time. Mutual Consent, will mean there has been some kind of pay-off though. Kmcalpin
Craig Reid's departure will surprise very few on these boards. More space for someone to come in or a youngster to progress.
