maxywell
They're down so in theory they don't have anything to play for and we should win but it's never that simple.I think we will win though if we play at the same level as our last 2 games, 1-4. Geedub
Think best we can hope for is a draw. They have nothing to play for which means it will end up being extremely difficult for us.
Mitch
A draw could be enough to take it to the final game of the season, assuming Killie lose at Fir Hill next week. Â I think we will win this one but come up short against Thistle.
Spiderpig
Its another must win for us, to take it to the last game. That ensures that we are at worst only 3 behind Killie going into the last match, then its game on.
Ya Bezzer!
St. Mirren have been so dreadful this season they are 11 points behind us! They are relegated, on a downer and have nothing to play for. They've already released a bunch of experienced players before the end of the season, have the worst home record in the league and the poorest form in the league outside Kilmarnock. We also beat them on their ground last time out. Â If we can't be positive about this one.... Â Of course it's a must win but we've got to go there confident of victory and goals. ropy
Now the pressure is off them it would be good to see them play with gay abandon today and then go back to mundane reality next week. This could work!

This could work! Â Said on the radio their wages have been slashed due to a relegation clause. Â Doubt there will be much gay abandon! Â Kilmarnock have conceded 14 goals in the last 4 matches. Partick have handed out a few thumpings at Firhill this season (4-0 Ross County, 4-0 Inverness, 5-0 Accies). Â St.Mirren have been conceding goals lately as well (0-5, 0-3, 0-3). Â You never know what might happen.
weeyin
St. Mirren just showed what lack of pressure can do for a team with today's result. Need to go in there with all guns blazing and make them want to start their summer holidays early.

ropy
Â Â Doubt there will be much gay abandon! Looking at the result the abandon must have been gay enough
GazzyB
1-0 to us, sub Ainsworth with a 94th minute winner. Think County will win and Kilmarnock will get scudded.
faddythedaddy
County's only point post split is against us
CoF
Not expecting us to dominate like we did at Fir Park. I can see this being a tighter and nervier game than I imagine most will be expect. Hopefully I'm wrong though, as Ya Bezzer says - you never know. I don't think many would have predicted half the bottom 6 results so far. superward
By all accounts Ross County should have won that game yesterday. I think we can get 3 pts at St Mirren nae bother.
Rickoza
I think know we will sneak it. I'm betting Goodwin gets sent off for one too many attempts at halving Skippy.

He doesn't appear to be playing at the moment. Rumours are he is finished in Paisley.

But this game reminds me of the Thistle game when loads of people were confident.  We should win.  I actually think we might this one though
Wellarmy
Don't know if I should post this somewhere else but is there any chance of the Partick game being on Friday 22nd?
Kat
Don't know if I should post this somewhere else but is there any chance of the Partick game being on Friday 22nd? I noticed in the Kilmarnock matchday programme it mentioned the Partick game may still be moved to Friday for TV purposes, guess that just depends on what happems this weekend. GazzyB
All of the bottom 6's last games need to be played at the same time, doubt they'll move them all to Friday night. Can definitely see our game being televised tho!
