weeyin
Sounds like we got the wee break we needed with United hitting the bar at 1 - 0.
Orinoco
Just goes to show that playing more attacking players tends to lead to more goals. It also helps when we get the rub of the green.Very good and important result tonight. Big pat on the back to players and management tonight. Hopefully we can build on this. postiejim
Top 6 now no problem ,never doubted the team or McGhee for a moment.

The African
Saints away Tricky, but their form is almost worse than ours. Hopefully we can build on tonight and get a result.
Lobey_Dosser
I'm the first to criticise McGhee so credit to him tonight. The 352 gave me the fear but a very bold decision that has paid dividends. Sounds like the experienced pros done a good job in guiding us through with an unfamiliar position. We are far from out the woods but hopefully tonight settles us down a little and we can return to a settled style of play that suits our strengths. Having said that, do whatever it takes to get a result at Perth on Saturday.
Big Wispy Flossy
Well done Mcghee and the players. Hope that's the turning point and people lay off their backs for a bit
mio
Utterly Brilliant result, I loved the attack minded formation but I feared an arse collapsing performance. Does Faddy make the difference? Are the faddy doubters angry? On a positive note, I think Utd are gone....we need to fight on for a top 6 now. DEWELL
Vital win and virtually assures a play off spot now. Can we get 10th? Are we better than Killie, Accies and Partick? We better hope so.....
AllyS
Totally agree, credit where credits due, a manager who has taken the flack, picked a team tonight to do a job, what a turnaround, brilliant, absolutely brilliant, please please kick on from here !! Top marks to Mark McGhee
The African
Last season we were not good enough to take advantage of results going our way at certain times. The situation is similar and we have to make something of it., starting at Perth on Saturday. We are in a dogfight but at least we are not on our own. If we are better than two of the five or six other teams in the mire with us, come the end of the season, I will happily take it.
that hat
What a great journey home, basking in 3 goals and a clean sheet to boot.
Wellarmy
A lot of told you so's coming from people tonight. Can we no just be happy we got a cracking result instead of having petty digs? Probably impossible but worth a mention.
Desp
Hopefully Mark McGhee gets the credit he deserves after that performance tonight. Three goals away from home. A clean sheet. Three very important points. Superb stuff - well done gaffer!
MelvinBragg
Obviously delighted we've won but it doesn't change my opinion of the manager. But credit to him and the team, good three points. Speaking as someone who works shifts though, would be nice if they could manage to do it at home now and again as they're the only games I can make... The African
Twelve games left to assure our survival. United being almost certainly down may be a double edged sword as our rivals for the play off spot will also still have to play them. mfc
great result that might just have buried utd for good for the season, there's another team in the play off spot now so let them worry about it and hopefully we can kick on and keep looking up the table. gdalli10
tremendous result that I don't think anyone would have predicted in terms of the margin. Didn't sound like the greatest performance in the world and we rode our luck a bit at the start of the second half but job done and a vital three points. Hats off to McGhee I feared the worst when I saw the team and formation but he certainly proved me wrong tonight.
Kmcalpin
Great result tonight so credit to Mark McGhee and the players. That will put the wind up some of our rivals. An odd looking formation but it worked.

MelvinBragg
Maybe it's not a coincidence that we don't do it at home. Is this the old "home support are too negative" nonsense? True of pretty much every club and has been true at Fir Park since I've been going (I'm sure someone will dig up the Duncan Shearer quote). If you're trying to tell me that a demanding support of around 4000 will put off some of the players in our team who have played in some very big games, you're having a laugh...
