Marv was obvious from his attacking and even chasing back but I've given it to Lionel as he made the big overall difference when replac d Thomas.

All the players could improve on tonights performance but I'd give it to Johnson even though he flirted in and out of the game tonight. Got the crucial goal and it was a very good finish on a night when the final touch was lacking most of the time. He also looked the player most likely to unlock E. Stirlingshire in a general sense over the course of the game.

 

Anyway Johnson for me.

Cadden for me for his determination throughout. Once he nails his final ball, he's going to be a terrific player.

 

Marvin deserves a mention, he's gradually starting to look a step above. Also pleased for Lionel who looks to be enjoying his football again and has contributed significantly to our two victories.

You could make a case for Cadden, Ainsworth and Johnson but for me Johnson was just slightly above the other two.

Chalmers was not man of the match but he looked an able deputy for left back, I accept he was against a tiring East Stirlingshire team.

I am a bit late in posting, but without doubt Marvin, but have to say Craig Samson didn't have that much to do but certainly was very good at what saves he had,me specially the shot that was deflected when we were 1 up
