Today Agyeman scored Airdrie, Hastie scored for Ayr Utd, MacIver scored twice for Falkirk, Dom Thomas scored for Queens Park and Connor Sammon scored for Alloa.

Not the Agyeman that played for us.

A belter of a goal for O'Hara.

Getting rid of him for Slattery has not been a great move.

Was he not one of the players you used to slag off on a regular basis?

Also, we didn't get rid of him - St Mirren signed him on a pre-contract.

I liked O'Hara, but he never played as well for us as he does for St Mirren. Better fit with Robinson's style (a style you also used to slag off on a regular basis - with good reason, because it was pretty brutal at times).

Another belter from you.

Robbie Crawford kept him out the team long after Slattery signed. Let that sink in.

A very hit or miss player for us, some good games and some brutal games. Floated in and out of games to often. Wasn’t upset to see him go tbh.

Not bothered with Kelly so much as I dont think we will miss him. But if Spittal spends the whole season on the Hearts bench it will be really annoying.

I get that Hearts will be paying him significantly more than we can afford, but a player of his quality should be getting first team football every week.

He will be a miss for us this season and Im not sure yet that Nicholson, Callachan or Stuparevic will be able to fill the void.

Nicholson I think can be good if he can stay fit. Callachan will be the new Obika. Stuparevic needs time to adjust.

I like Nicholson. I think he has ability. But he is a different kind if player and Im not sure he has the number of assists in him that Spittal provided.

I actually dont see Spittal stuck on the bench all season anyway. Hearts have a lot of games to play this season and will need to rotate their squad with injuries, suspensions etc.

We've often got the best out of players by playing to their strengths. Then when they move on, their new teams try to squeeze them into an existing system with less success.

I'm not saying that will happen with Spittal, but it certainly happened when Sutton left us for Hearts and even - to a lesser extent - Faddy at Everton.

And Ross MacIver almost matched it, except for a quite incredible save from the keeper.

Mad start to the second half and McIver did so well winning the ball before shooting.

Rohan Ferguson kept a clean sheet for Larne as they held on for a stunning win against the mighty Ballkani in Pristina.
