weeyin
This is what it's all about - can't see Liam McLeod ever doing this.
Neilwell86
Really good piece in the record about Alan Campbell, speaks about his role as the hard man in the midfield during the Toulon tournament and how he's relishing the England tie, also a mention of him being one of the top performers throughout the tournament. certainly not doing his reputation any harm and i wouldn't be surprised to see him get him a full cap in the near future.
DunnyMFC
Would be great to have Cadden and Campbell in the same team.

If we qualified for the world cup Liam McLeod would have me turning off three minutes in.
Busta Nut
We should send Campbell on loan to Newcastle for a year..........
Lobey_Dosser
Campbell back playing the advanced midfield role tonight. Seems to be the tactic against the top teams, partly to allow Gilmour and Johnston pull the strings.

I think him and the ref are going to have to exchange numbers after the game he has been talking to him so much. Love the way he doesn't give a fcuk and gets in every one of their faces!
underboyleheating
As Levein would say natural order has been restored as England go 2-1 up. It’s going to be tough ask to win this, however, we just need to keep battling.

sbcmfc
Better 1st half than 2nd. Scotlands style appeared to be to get in their faces and press them all over which suited Campbell, 2nd half England got 2 quick goals and their quality shone through. Decent enough from Campbell, subbed with about 15 to go.

Think NI want him capped so he does not defect to England
wellowell
Agree not been dropped imo Peacock-Farrell is 19 yr old Leeds keeper and was approached to play for England as English with Irish grandparents so only way NI can stop this happening is by playing him in competitive match so was a certainty he would start today
superward
Not Scotland, but Bigi started for Burundi yesterday in their draw with Gabon as part of the African Cup of Nations qualifiers. 2

that hat
Hope Campbell's alright as he was one of Scotland's most effective players until subbed. Cadden not so, but it may have been his role to sit back and break up the Dutch attack. That said, he did score a stunning goal from the edge of the box... during the warm-up.
