Donaldo87
I know its an almost impossible question to answer just now, but anyone any idea what our post-split fixtures might look like? I know we are due 3 home matches but only have County and Killie out of the current bottom 6 due back to Fir Park. So I guess no matter what there is going to be someone fecked about. With our home form maybe an 18/20 split might work out better for us... Hopefully Celtic beat Killie this weekend and then we can get the split fixtures out nice and early and we can all look forward to the 'post split fixtures - projections' thread Can see us having Accies or Caley on the last day anyway

sbcmfc
I know its an almost impossible question to answer just now, but anyone any idea what our post-split fixtures might look like? The SPFL have already announced Rangers v Celtic on 29/4 with a 12 noon KO. Just sums up the idiots in charge of the Scottish game, and their opinion that only 1 fixture matters. I'm really quite pissed off about that!

Pettywulliegrew-2
Noticed that after 33 games/ split we I'll have played 16 home 17 away If Partick finnish in the top 6 ( which is looking likely)....... the fixtures outstanding to play every one home and away would see us play 2 (18)home Ross Cty/Killie and 3 (20) away Accies/Ict/Dundee Obviously the league ain't turned out as SPFL predicted..... The SPFL will give the reason for releasing the old firm game early is giving Pold Scotland time to arrange resources
milo
We needed 6 points, a bare minimum of 4 points, from the Accies, thistle and Inverness games. I can see us getting only 1 or 2. I think we'll go into the split joint 12th.

Dezz
I would have been content with 6 points from the final 4 games going into the split which is still possible with a draw and a win from the Thistle and ICT games. If we end up with 8 then happy days, 5 I'll be relatively content, 4 is meh and any less than that it's time to panic.
Kmcalpin
I doubt we'll do much in Maryhill but we can beat Inverness, if our boss can come up with something a wee bit different and luck favours us. Given our home form, two home wins from Accies and Inverness was always going to be very ambitious and 4 was a more realistic target. Accies are playing well just now, at what they do; importantly they're carrying loads of good luck; and they're getting results. They've beaten the likes of Aberdeen and St Johnstone don't forget. Ross County and Dundee are also in the mix. Given Stephen Robinson is still finding his feet, I'll be happy if we're still off bottom by the split. That will give him some breathing space to get to know some of his players better; instill his ideas into the squad and come up with more effective gameplans. The one thing we can't seem to shake off is a run of shockingly bad luck.
daver
The luck Accies have had in beating Aberdeen and St Johnstone has been unbelievable. We've not really managed to pull off a complete robbery of a win this season but could really do with one.

Accies has done what I hoped we'd manage, no doubt helped by St. Johnstone's madness. Dundee have imploded.
Tweed
Hamilton haven't lost at home since Christmas Eve and have only lost one goal in four games. No matter how you square it that is a phenomenal run.
weeyin
I know they have to play away matches too, but still think Accies and Kille get an extra edge with their plastic pitches.
Goggles & Flippers
I think the main thing is with attaining 5 points we've managed to stay in the hunt. If I was a Killie fan I'd be happy that despite the toughest run in, they've drawn 4 of those games. For us, yet more inconsistency, however the cricket score results have stopped under Robinson. ICT, I'd be settling for automatic demotion with the hope that Dundee continue their run. Accies fans must want more of the same thanks very much. Dundee have played 1st, 2nd and 4th in their last 5 games, they have to be optimistic of getting a few results against those around them. Finally, Ross County also attained 5 points (I assume Celtic will tear them a new one tomorrow) with one of the easier run ins. So there may be a bit of worry there. weeyin
Bottom line is we need to keep winning. Then the other's results are irrelevant.

wee alphie
He was always likeable. It was just his style of play that wound fans up (when he wasn't playing for our team). Remember his first game back at Fir Park playing with Rangers, he came over and clapped the East Stand before the match. Not many do that.. underboyleheating
Ross County are currently grinding out a 1-1 draw against Celtic, not the outcome we are hoping for. C’mon Celtic lets have a late flourish of goals. Edit: now 2-1 to Celtic
