weeyin
Can't believe this game hasn't been moved to Wembley to accommodate us That will be next year when the lease on Hampden expires. I see in the papers today the SFA is considering its options.

daver
If you weren't aware of the jokey reference that was hardly your fault. I thought you seemed far too sensible to be seriously offended by it. Anyway got my ticket today for the same area I was sitting in tonight - very happy bunny all round. underboyleheating
Pedro still a target for the wind up merchants on Twitter. I’m hopeful that the club he is building works for us!

Well-Made
Tickets bought yesterday... hope we tank this mob,.
grizzlyg
Tickets bought this morning. Magic!!! Was there at 9.45am and hardly anyone there. If we don't take at least 10,000 I would be disappointed. Just think of the boost the team would get seeing a huge support.....COYW

grizzlyg
Probably but I live in hope. Not often we get opportunity to play at Hampden but hey ho we will just have to wait and see
postiejim
You'll be disappointed then. The Rangers supporters in our end will boost numbers.

superward
Guess or based on knowledge of how many sold so far? Club seemed to be geared up to stop queues anyway.
Lobey_Dosser
Talk of 10k is sheer fantasy. We had 7.5k at the playoff when it was £10/5 to get in.
weeyin
Maybe 10k non-Ranger supporters once you add in the neutrals and the corporate hangers-on. But 10k 'Well fans unlikely.
coop91
Numbers could be anything. Good result next Saturday could help boost the numbers. However, those that do go should be able to keep the ticket stub and get preferential treatment when it comes to tickets for the final, should/when we get there.
weeyin
Everyone who had a season ticket when we were in the First Division should get priority. Those are the real fans. The johnny-come-latelys that jumped on the bandwagon when we started playing in Europe are just glory hunters at best. I didn't see them at Boghead on a wet Wednesday night. Overseas fans should also get priority as the further you travel the better a fan you are. I'm joking. If we make it to the final, everyone who wants a ticket will have no bother getting one. Same as it has always been. No seethe required.
wellowell
I think we will take about 7000 and I would rather have 7K going mental and signing like mad than more just their for the occasion
weeyin
Why would anybody want less fans at a game? The '91 Cup Final was full of people who were just there for the occasion. I was standing beside mates who are Accies fans and one mate who is a Celtic fan. I can't imagine enjoying it any more if they hadn't been there. We should be encouraging as many non-Well fans as possible to every game - we might end up converting one or two.

Stu
How is 7k singing in an otherwise empty stand any louder than the same 7k singing with an extra 3k, say, round about them?
coop91
Having numbers who don't want to have an active roll in creating an atmosphere spread throughout those who wish to would definitely have a negative affect, in the same way as people who want to sit and those who want to stand. Which ultimately is the same thing. Maybe the club should have set aside a section for those who want to sit on there hands.
superward
I like to sit but also sing. Can I get another section created?
