wellup83
As poor as Dundee clearly are it's nice to see us recover after losing a goal and burying a team.
milo
Thoroughly deserved that. It would’ve been a travesty if we hadn’t won as we controlled so much of the game. We switched off for a minute and they got a goal from nothing and then Carson had an excellent save but apart from that Dundee were a poor lot. Ref was absolutely shocking! DEWELL
Fab 3 points now we go into the international break with hopefully Dunne and Tanner returning afterwards.
daver
I don't think we're likely to see either for a while yet unfortunately.
Yorkyred
Great result and I echo the point just made on super scoreboard that Robinson continues to do a fantastic job.

You just know that should we fail to beat Hearts there will be those calling for his head again. However I agree, he is doing an excellent job.
Ya Bezzer!
2nd half Frear came on and almost immediately did three things Cadden didn't do the whole time he was on, beat a man, get down the line and put a ball in the box from which we score. Might be doing Bigi a disservice but his free kick didn't look the best but it went in to give us a deserved 2-0 lead. He was one of our better players again today. Then the usual happened when we go 2-0 up, we immediately give away a very poor goal and Dundee who had done next to nothing in the match suddenly had their tails up. Indeed Carson made a stop with his foot that prevented an equalizer. We had a hairy 10 minutes or so but Campbell ended it with his goal. Again didn't look the most convincing hit but it was down the far end and I didn't have the best view. Overall a deserved win.

I turned it on and switched off after something like 20 minutes. Listening to Richard Gordon and Willie Miller was like eavesdropping on two Aberdeen fans discussing their team in a Torry pub. Billy Dodds then introduced our game at Dens by interviewing Neil McCann and commenting on our physicality....yawn. It was important for us to get a good result today and we did. Thats now 6 goals scored in 2 games! Bigi again seems to have turned it on - a changed player this season.
steelboy
That was a good win. We dominated the first half without creating much and Main and Johnson were hitting shots when they should have been looking for passes. Frear being direct forced the mistake for the first goal and Johnson's finish was excellent. It was great to see Bigi getting a goal and his clever free kick made the third. Hartley was superb today and looks like he is fully fit. I thought Aldred was motm, he just doesn't lose challenges. On the negative side neither Campbell or Cadden are suited to the roles they are being asked to play and eventually Robinson is going to have to make decision between Rose and Campbell as a defensive mid. Well played Robbo (and Frear).

No doubt Cadden deserved to be taken off he was badly off form but if we continue to play him in the wingback role we are really going to ruin this young mans career . Robinson had no option wouldn't have been doing his job if he hadn't but could easily taken Frear off after putting him on but then it would have taken a brave man to do that

About one in ten at best. And after Sammon and Bowman came on virtually ball launched forward was to their heads, down the right. Another assist though. dundeesteelman
Great game by all today. I thought Campbell gave everything as usual, both defensively and going forward. Bigi looked good and even Sammon chased back once he came on.
The African
Good result, and just what we needed. Hopefully we can keep this run going, though I think we have Hearts next, so not easy.
Busta Nut
Great win today, first half we were only missing goals. Got a bit cagey for 5-10mins in the second half but strolled it in the end. I mentioned it on twitter at the time and I know there is a bit of chat about it but Neil McCann insisting that boy go back on to the park when he was semi conscious is one of the worst things I have ever seen a manager do.
Gadgey
I think McCann has shown several times now that he has no class. Surely his jacket is on a shoogly peg. Tremendous win for us today.

WellFlag
Cadden was rotten today, Campbell and Bigi our best players, johnson played well. Frear set up a goal then disapeared. Dominated large spells of the game except 10 mins in 2nd half. Good win and a needed win. If we lost today id have been worried. Dundee were as poor a premier league team as ive seen, long season for them. That winning saturday feeling, how av missed it.
GazzyB
That goal we conceded is an absolute clusterfuck... https://gyazo.com/9f242c1d93f74c53a248c0a5b31e6a51 ...as the taker starts his run Tait is doubled over catching a breather, not even looking, Main is fucking miles away from his man, Aldred gets blocked and McHugh completely loses his man. You can see Aldred have a go at McHugh but he's got a cheek as he's nowhere near his own man by the time the ball comes in!
