I've had that happen a few times. A hard refresh (Ctrl-F5 if you are on a PC) usually fixes it
weeyin
That pitch is still a crime against football. The least you'd expect from plastic is a consistent bounce and the ball to roll. But it's all over the place and a few players have been caught out with the ball just sticking. It's like watching 5-aside that allows the ball above head height. texanwellfan
very scrappy but with the pitch and the conditions that's not surprising

Thought Turnbull was going to have to drill a hole in the turf to stop the ball blowing away when he was taking that corner.
Ya Bezzer!
Difficult conditions for the players. Not been a final touch in the 45 minutes.
GazzyB
Only half watching but it's not been great from either team. Killie keeper has made some good saves mind.

They should make anyone who says "no problem with plastic pitches" watch games like this on an endless loop.

Brazilian
decent point away from home , against a team that got 45 minutes insight into exactly how we were set up........

Aye, it was an absolute debacle of a game really. Looked like two amateur sides.
weeyin
0 - 0 pretty accurate reflection of the game. Not too bad considering our recent form against Killie.
David
Shite game, but a point away isn't too bad at all. I'll be glad to see the end of the Killie chat as well, with all the ticket nonsense.

There is no problem with "plastic pitches" , its just that we are cheapskates buying the shitest product in this country. Most of the worlds biggest and best clubs have at least one they train on in their academies. And you have dozens of teams around Europe that play on them, pretty sure the fucking champions league final in Moscow was a "plastic pitch" and no-one complained. The 2 issues with such pitches in this country are that we dont have much cash and so need to buy an inferior product. And the pathetic level of technical skill our players have! texanwellfan
Hopefully we will see a bit more from Hastie and Ariyibi against Accies at Fir Park next week. I'm sure it will be a tough game but I'd love to hammer them and improve our goal difference a bit.

If we had winters like Moscow there might be an argument for them. But we don't. And I don't care how much skill you have, nobody can control a ball that drops from waist height and bounces over your head. Or a pass that gets stuck and never reaches you. (And people did complain about the Champions League pitch - but didn't get as many column inches). Hybrid is the way to go if you want plastic under your feet. Kmcalpin
Terrible conditions what with the weather and poor pitch, but a point away from home against a top six side isn't bad. We edged away from Livingston and are now within touching distance of St Johnsone.
