Cedric Silkyshag
O'Neil has quit as Norn Iron boss. I fear Robinson couldn't resist if approached.

When the Hibs & Hearts approaches were being discussed it was suggested the NI job was the one he really wanted.
David
I'm hearing that Tommy Wright is also in the frame for the job, although I personally couldn't see why they'd go for him if Robbo was interested.
Blakey
This will naturally be one that will interest him and you wouldn't begrudge him the opportunity to manage his country. It'd be interesting to see if he would look to take Lasley with him as his no.2? It's safe to assume that Lasley will be his replacement in the managers office but I wouldn't be surprised if he doubled up and continued to work with Robinson should he land the NI job. 0Neils40yarder
Do NI really have to rush into anything? Paying a manager for doing essentially fuck all in the current climate... As BB says, with Bara on the books already, it might be a pretty straightforward move
weeyin
Given his comments on his recent BT Sport interview, it sounded like he didn't want it yet. (Of course, the alternative view is that he would say that, wouldn't he).
wellowell
Would not be surprised if Barraclough gets managers job with Robbo part time assistant

Quote Tommy Wright has quit as St Johnstone manager after seven years in charge. Wright, who still had two years of his deal to run, has been linked with the vacant Northern Ireland job. The Perth club say that talks around the 56-year-old's potential departure at the end of the current campaign had been ongoing since before the coronavirus outbreak. However, both parties felt now was an "appropriate time" for the "much valued" Wright to leave. "We all feel that we have been successful in creating a young and exciting squad and the club is well positioned for the future," read a club statement. Wright, who joined the club in November 2011 as assistant to Steve Lomas, and took charge in June 2013. He led them to their first Scottish Cup win in 2014, as well as European campaigns and several top-six finishes. St Johnstone were seventh in the Scottish Premiership when the season was halted on 13 March.

weeyin
Not been his happiest season at St Johnstone and it sounded like there was going to be pretty substantial wage trimming even before the current situation. Sounds like a combination of his time coming to an end and the NI job opening up. That must increase his chances of taking up the international spot.
