Stu92
Aware that he hasn't played for over a year. Robinson said about a month ago that both him and Carroll were progressing well, or words to that effect. Had wondered if there had been any developments on that. Just checked the club site for first time in a while, the team news section was last updated a month ago and had Carroll returning October/November time so hopefully he's still on track. https://www.motherwellfc.co.uk/club/team-news/
milo
Mugabi is out for 4 to 6 weeks. Dislocated shoulder So we can add him to the list.
Kmcalpin
Good news about Carroll - he should be back playing by the end of next month.

weeyin
The rule at Fir Park is that we must injure at least one player per international break.

I cannot believe we have another medium/long term injury during the international break, we certainly have more injuries on the training pitch than on the match day, unfortunately we will miss Mugabi but hopeful McGuire will step in and prove he is ready for the first team. Spit_It_Out
Barry McGuire will never have a better time to break into the first team and cement his place hope he gets his chance and take it.

Point is though he’s not getting a sniff with us however is highly rated by Scotland but maybe not as highly by Robbo (who tbf sees him every day). Maybe we just have an embarrassment of riches. Onthefringes
I’d doubt Robinson agrees with the clamour on here to have Maguire involved & certainly not at the back regardless of injuries.

weeyin
All we need to do over the next few weeks is say we don't have enough players two hours before every game until we have our left backs fit again.

Today's BBC gossip: Quote Motherwell goalkeeper Trevor Carson, who recently battled back from deep vein thrombosis that threatened his career, faces a minimum of three months out with a knee injury picked up against Ross County on Saturday. C&A not the shop
That's a sore one. Carson's distribution and clearing under pressure has always been excellent and probably what we'll miss most. I was saying we should gamble on Carson staying fit and brought in another outfield player. Shows that I know hee haw.

I am not too sure if we can recall PJ Morrison from Falkirk as according to the official website we don’t have any other goalkeeper left, so for Saturday I don’t think we will have a substitute goalkeeper available. I thought we did have another young goalkeeper Connelly (I think) but doesn’t appear on any official squads. Not sure about the rules for emergency goalkeepers.
