I thought McBurnie was decent! And Im not a fan, but he chased well, won everything in the air and was forced to live off scraps. Dykes was almost the exact same but I think he got involved a bit more. We just cant play Dykes & McBurnie together as they both flick headers on to nobody. As we dont really have anyone nippy, Id try Fraser up front wi Dykes on sunday

SOD was absolute murder for 60 minutes, but finished strongly and deserves credit for the clean sheet. Gallagher was the best Scotland player...... and it wasnt even close

The 'tartan army' have made a decision on McBurnie...and they made it long ago.

Gallagher has been excellent both games. O'Donnell didnt have the best of games on Thursday night but grew into it as the game went on. Same again tonight and had a pretty decent 2nd half.  Great assist and seemed to take confidence from that. We should defo be looking at moving Gallagher into the centre of the 3 on those performances.

If Gallagher puts in another solid performance on Wednesday he will surely start in Belgrade. He looks far more assured for Scotland than McKenna.

O'Donnell will be in with a shout as well as there's not much competition at right back.

Considine looked more assured than McKenna.

But then, Ive always thought that when we have played Aberdeen, let alone for Scotland....

Come to the conclusion it must be Robinson giving them the instructions to hoof it up the park into touch cause this Gallagher and the one we been seeing are too different players altogether.

You have to put it in context though.

For Scotland he is playing the centre of a 3 with 2 decent players either side.

For us he is being played the right of a 3 with 2 fairly inexperienced/lesser players.

Id like to see him in the centre for us with Mugabi and McGinley either side.

Regardless, I think this week will have done wonders for his confidence, and we should see an improvement in his performances.

Aye, he's definitely suffered from being played out of position in an ever-changing line-up every week.

Playing in the centre is where he is at his best. Also, Scotland are basically playing a back 5 when they're defending which suits him even more.

Bit of a stretch to say “he's definitely suffered from being played out of position in an ever-changing line-up every week.” He was signed on the strength of being the right side of a strong back three at Livingston whilst Hearts signed the much lauded centre back.

Hes looked assured though in his two caps this past week & wouldn’t be averse to seeing him there at club level if persisting with the current set up. I’m not sure we see the best of O’Donnell In the advanced role.

McKenna had one good game against us when the sheep beat us at FP in League Cup and media hype for McKenna has been over the top since. Same hype that Jack Hendry got when he signed for Celtic from Dundee and where is he now........been on loan in Australia and Belgium.

If Big Dec played for the Dons he'd be hailed as one of their "best central defenders in generations".  Russell Anderson was going to be even better than Miller or McLeish.

All part of the media myth that claims McInnes is a great manager. Yet with all the resources at his disposal, he couldn't beat the worst Celtic team in years.

To be fair to him, the worst Celtic team in years still had multiple times the resources that Aberdeen would've had.
