Funnily enough, I genuinely don’t think I’ve found a Motherwell side so awful to watch, without being a side fighting relegation, since Kampman’s time. We are absolutely devoid of any football and don’t look like scoring goals. edit: and that includes 18/19 under Robinson when Main & Sammon we’re our front two. couttsy
Alexander just throwing sh1t at the wall every game and hoping something sticks. No wonder the players have no idea what we’re trying to do!

Letting watt go was one thing,it was clear alexander wanted him gone but to not replace him was criminal,we are missing him big time, the 100k we got will be meaningless come the end of the season.

parko66
Need to get Donnelly out that midfield asap - the number of times he gives the ball away or play breaks down through him is unbelievable
texanwellfan
Can one of our own players just go crock Donnelly so we can get him off.

Bert the Sailor
Honestly just take Efford off, looks a downgrade on Woolery which is saying something on recent form.
GazzyB
Dean Cornelius with the first decent delivery from a corner all season. Bit of fucking pace and dip in it, none of this floaty shite that makes it so easy to defend!

Replacing him in January like for like was always going to be a near impossible task. We should just have paid the guy what he was worth. If we can do it with the keeper we can do it for a guy who could offer us 20 goals in a season. That's criminal.
StirlingDosser
This is reminding me of that John Hughe's Hibs team (2010 was it?). Strong start to the season then an utter collapse from December onwards. It's all starting to get a bit sore. The reality is we will be sitting mid February having not won a league game since December and if I was sticking money on anyone for Saturday it sure as hell wouldn't be this lot. Only Dundee are worse than us over the course of the last six matches and our goal difference is the worst in the league. That said we are like a cat with nine lives. Everytime we make an a*** of it Hibs and Aberdeen seem to follow suit.
wellsince75
Very strange season . Not been pleasant on the eye. We’ve gone from punishing teams with the very chances we made to not being able to buy a goal. Add to that goals conceded . suspect we were riding our luck previously and it’s simply ran out . Kmac
Well. If there’s one positive in any of this. It’s that we’ve got 3M in the bank

I agree, getting in the right replacement for watt was always going to be tough in January but to strengthen a direct rival by giving them arguably our best player for a 100k was a massive gamble that is going to backfire on us.if we couldn't get a suitable replacement we should have kept him,we are the only losers in the watt deal.
