Stumbled across this today, I had no idea we had that many fans at the game!

You can see Lamie being booked after the goal in this video.  Not for anything he has done but because the crowd came on the pitch, is my interpretation.

I can only imagine the ref has to book someone for the interaction with the fans, it is usually the scorer who is first there, it wasn’t in this case but he took the traditional option.

It looked as if the referee went round the team looking for somebody to book before asking Shields who scored and then just booking Lamie as the easy option.

I think they only have to justify it by  mentioning a very broad term such as "Ungentlemany conduct" or something similar. Might be wrong though. I recall Greg Strong being sent off in Paisley and saying the ref did not tell him why.
