Big Stall
I thought that he delivered one of the best defensive performances I've seen at Fir Park this season. You obviously didnt watch the Nancy team show us how its done then??? I thought he was no bad, but defo erratic. Caught out of position a good few times, made a good number of mistakes when going for balls and in the second half, down in the right back corner he let a good large moment of indecision go by which allowed a kily player in and belt a cross over. I think if we'd been playing hibs last night, they would have punished him.
MelvinBragg
Possibly unfair to judge him on a night when the whole team performed quite so poorly. if others round about him perform better, he might not have to dive in quite as much. Certainly passes the ball better than any other defender we have on our books...
Well-Made
Yes, but he had to recover it a lot after the initial mistake. Obviously Crags has been out long enough for you to forget how many times he has to recover. Or how often his headers end up in our own net

tree
I know it's early days - but I saw a lot of Luc Nijholt attributes in him. Tiz the season to be jolly... here's hoping
Motherwell Football Club
Marios Klimpl is actually Lance Cade.
gav212
I know its hard to judge on one performance but he seemed to be a bit of what we've been missing. A centre half with some confidence, quite tough and can play the ball out of defence rather than hoofing it aimlessly.
faddythedaddy
The more i see of this guy the more i think hes a clown. Too eager to push up and try and win balls hes no chance of winning at the half way line. We are missing Craigans leadership at the back, big time
Jammy
Yea i agree. Guy gets dragged all over the place and was partly at fault for both the goals yesterday.
foghorn
At least he looks as if he wants to win!
Malky79
Thought he was a bombscare yesterday but given he been out injured for months and had 60 minutes in reserves before being flung into first team I not expecting to much. Not sure we can afford to give him a run, but Quinn about the only fit alternative managed to get sent off twice this season already i not sure he give me anymore confidence in our shaky backline. Juan Kerse
This boy is bearing the brunt of our frustration. I have seen enough to suggest he could be a winner for us - especially in a relegation scrap, he is exactly that a scrapper. I am seeing much less questions asked about goldenboy 'Marky Reynolds' after one of the WORST seasons from anyone ever than this guy is getting after TWO games. Mark Reynolds is DIRE at centre half and should be the first to the bench when el captian comes back.
Fal_Dosser
What I've seen of him so far, I reckon he could be a useful player for us, but not in the back two. The way things have been going, him and Craigan might be a reasonable partnership, allowing Reynolds to be pushed in to midfield, but as with Craigan, he looks well short of pace, and that would have me trying him in midfield instead, and for the time being, leave Reynolds where he is. DelBoyd
Im seeing similarities between Klimpl and Vadocz, both capable players who were dragged down my the awfulness of the team at the time, watchin the Hamilton game yesterday Klimpl looks like a handy defender, would certainly rather see him at CB than bloody Reynolds, utter pish this season, commented to my brother yesterday, Craigan is slow, and a bit of a bombscare, but we are far worse without him!! I also can't see why Reynolds isnt getting the same criticism, hes beed dire all season even going as far back as the Hearts game.
Guest
I think Klimpl is quality. He's not quite up to speed but he's so brave he can really make a difference.
MFCGMFC
if he was taller he would be the perfect CB for us, he aint scared!! i think he could be a great signing for us but it still leaves our defence a bit short
Bop
Hes the midfielder we'v been crying out for since we lost Uncle Phil from the team. Brilliant today.
Rickoza
Was talking about Maros before the game and it was remarked how it'd be good to try him in the middle as he looked more of a midfielder. Lo and behold, get the teamsheet and there he is. And he didn't disappoint I think.
dossertillidie
I suggested he could be the ideal foil for Hughes last week on this thread! Delighted he proved me right today!
mon_da_well
Was really impressed by him today, he's certainly not one to let a man past him!
Malky79
He did well today, definately to much of a bombscare at the back but a combative presence in the middle of park with reasonable ability on ball and able to do the simple things could well be a useful guy to have. mfc
weve been crying out for somebody to give some protection to the back four and klimpl looks like the man for the job.it was good to see him go head to head with that bawbag tokely cause most players shite there self fae him

Brazilian
he has the potential to be a Motherwell cult legend and deservedly so Shades of the Psycho about him in the middle, keeps that up it'll do me
Mitch
Excellent today. That guy is harder than a brick wall. he is what we are crying out for and once he is fully fit I think he will be a GREAT addition to the team!
