SteelmaninOZ
Who would be your dream pick to manage the Motherwell FC? How about Harry Redknapp?

joewarkfanclub
If we are talking anybody it has to be Ancellotti. If he couldnt keep us up no one could and Im pretty sure he has some good contacts!
Kmcalpin
Could these guys manage a team successfully without having millions to spend? Could they manage one on a shoestring? My choice would be the Alex Smith of a few years ago. He had a proven track record of keeping teams on a shoestring up. Don't ask him to buy players though! twistandshout1983
Arry would be a great choice, Jurgen Klopp would be ideal On a serious note the late great Jim McLean would have kicked some backsides and of course Sir Alex
Coatsy
Any decent Manager would keep a bang average team in this league its very poor as our European exploits prove year in and out. I'd go as far as say they would challenge for 3rd easily
Mad Dog
David Moyes might be looking for a new challenge soon.
Spit_It_Out
For me I would be on the dog and bone to Neil Warnock get him up for 6 month shadowing role.Always loved Warnock his Sky documentary when he was manager of Sheff Utd worth a watch with a certain Stuart Mcall as his number two. Experience you would learn a lifetime from him in 6 months.

Obviously it was before my time but St Midden let Alex slip under their fingers, they have a fair knack for letting some world class talent slip away. Makes you wonder if the McLean move happened for us and the Ferguson one didn't for Aberdeen then some major Scottish Footballing moments don't happen.

Maybe we would have won the league and gotten to a European Cup Semi Final against the Italian claret & amber! 🧡❤️🧡
The African
I am torn between two options, one pragmatic and one fanciful. In order to get us out of the situation we currently find ourselves in, I’d trust wee Tommy McLean to get the job done. It might not be pretty, but he never let us down during his tenure. The manager I’d like to see in charge, and have the team playing in the style he us famous for is Rinus Michels. Would it work? Probably not, but it would be interesting to see how it played out. Before anyone says anything, I will admit that other personnel might also have to change.
