I hope you atleast make it through your starter before he puts you too sleep with his endless drivel.

Mate - I was happy to do it for the well society and because I've not been out much since I smashed my leg into pieces - something to look forward to as it were. Plus. I get to meet the players too.... *Callum *

Thank you. I will. My mum is coming with me too and I'm also taking her to hospitality for the Ross County game - she deserves it because she did a lot for me when I broke my leg and couldn't do anything for myself.

Just wanted to do something nice for her in return

Something to look forward to and well done you for bidding for it.   On a joking side I look forward to..."you enjoying your starter.....oh and did I ever mention I signed Theo Bair"  lol...just kidding

Ha!!!

My mum said to me - he talks a lot - wait till he meets you!!!

For context - I'm actually quite a quiet person offline but I talk a lot to cover my nerves - he won't get a word in....

His ears will be bleeding - I feel sorry for him already

Correct. What I did do was refer to Kettlewell as a donkey and exclaimed that he should get to fuck on a fans forum. I didn't perform the act of name-calling him to his face. It's him that gets in peoples faces and shouts like a madman on the touchline.

He's been been getting exasperated, leading to him shouting and getting in the face of officials. He's a marked man and should know better by now. I'm sure he's also suggested that the officials get to fuck at times and called them worse than a donkey or a cabbage or whatever.

His passion isn't to be faulted. However, as a marked man, he needs to better control and express himself as his card count is getting embarrassing now.

No-one suggested that you had called SK anything to his face. The suggestion was that that was how you debated on a forum.

How can you be sure of what SK said? Were you sitting behind him?

He can quite clearly be heard regularly shouting at officials as well as seen remonstrating with them. This can be heard and seen from the stands and on TV. He’s certainly not been carded several times for telling the officials they looked pretty in their kit.

I'll re-itterate.

I sit near him ar Fir Park and can hear pretty much everything he says.

He is loud and animated, gets exasperated at times, throws his hands up in the air and questions decisions but I have never once heard him swear or use foul and abusive language towards any officials.

He just needs to calm down a bit but no different to many other managers on the touchline.

He answered the question and was pretty much right. It's his job on the line. The tone and the like will bother those that already have something in for him. But by the same token, we slate managers for giving vague answers and saying the same old stuff, and applaud honesty until we disagree with it.

If managers start doing what the fans tell them to we're fucked.

I don't like the way we play either, but think way too much is being made of this.

I don't have high hopes for Saturday, but rarely do, but can already see all the "but entertainment" posts if we manage to grind out 3 points.

The period from now until the day SK leaves is going to be unbearable with everything being overanalyzed.

Its not just those that are against him that are bothered by the tone. There are a few of us on here who have been generally supportive who are somewhat irked by this interview.

I certainly dont expect SK to be taking advice from me, but when you work in a customer centred environment and your customers tell you en masse (Perth) what you are doing isnt good enough, you should at least stop for a second and see if there is another way to meet your objectives.

If you double down and keep heading in the same direction, you run the risk of alienating your customer who decide to keep their money in their pockets.

For a football manager that rarely ends well.

Perhaps he’s been taking Limmy’s advice.

So you did not hear what was shouted at the officials. Thank you.

As a season ticket holder and someone who attends many away games, I know exactly what I see and hear most weeks. Can you say the same from the Channel Islands? If not, don't assume what you don't know.

Perhaps even more so when the club is owned by the fans 😳

It's condescending, but you probably know that, or your autocorrect does.

People are going to take what they want from that interview, but there's nothing objectively controversial in what he said.

The away support is going to drop because it's not a cup game, and also the second visit to the same place in a week, and you know that too.

Ah see thats where we differ

i aint no techno geek on phones to have / use auto spell check

dont need that in what i do and by the way i am very good at what i do

anyway the reduced number or fans will also be due to the amount of money it costs to go and watch that dug shite level of football but you forgot to mention that reason

cause it didnt suit you comments

each to there own opinions

I am lucky I can afford to go but I'm digging my heels in for tomorrow and not going , every away game for over two months I've watched the same shite and the same pitiful results, bar one minute in the St Mirren, and I'm just not doing it tomorrow. Do I care if I miss an unlikely victory ? no I don't

I feel exactly the same and giving tomorrow a miss.after being at the recent games at tynecastle, easter road and last week, which were some of the worst performances I've ever seen I'm glad not too be going tomorrow.i usually hate missing games especially when it's in my control if I go or not but I just don't fancy it as I'm almost certain it's going to be the same old shit.our away support have been brilliant all season and I really hope we get a result for us all but especially for those travelling upto perth again.

Kettlewell’s interviews this week make it clear that it’ll be more of the same from him. To change it up would suggest that he’s listened to the fans who he clearly indicated he has zero respect for, so that isn’t happening. And with that, there’s no way I am going tomorrow, and it seems I’m not alone in that choice.

Not directing this to anyone in particular. But if Kettlewell really has zero respect for the fans why is he on video on several away games this season telling the support that they are brilliant.

Why would a manager do that if they didn't care about the fan base? Several times this season he has gone over to the fans and called them brilliant and now he doesn't care about us?

And folk on here are completely entitled to their opinion of him - but in some peoples eyes nothing he does is right anyway. And if that is some peoples view - we could be top of the league and it wouldn't be enough

He has put himself into a corner now after his rant.  We all want a win tomorrow as well let's not even think about sellik at home.....thankfully I will miss that one

I don't agree it was a rant. It was a 13 minute long interview where he was asked questions and he answered them.

We will disagree but he could have answered them a lot better. Think he forgets 1700 fans paid a lot of money in mid January to witness that performance.  They had a right to be angry.

3 pts tomorrow though would be magic

I think he was still reeling from the fan reaction at Perth when he sat for that interview.. You could see right away on Saturday that he was shaken. I agree he has always spoken positively about the fans and I suspect if he had his time again he would have phrased some of his answers differently. Just my take on it
