He answered the question and was pretty much right. It's his job on the line. The tone and the like will bother those that already have something in for him. But by the same token, we slate managers for giving vague answers and saying the same old stuff, and applaud honesty until we disagree with it.

If managers start doing what the fans tell them to we're fucked.

I don't like the way we play either, but think way too much is being made of this.

I don't have high hopes for Saturday, but rarely do, but can already see all the "but entertainment" posts if we manage to grind out 3 points.

The period from now until the day SK leaves is going to be unbearable with everything being overanalyzed.

It's from a longer interview that's on YouTube. Plz soccer. It was obvious to me from reading what Ben Banks wrote that it was lifted from something else. I think context matters - we've seen his responses in part- but not the questions he was asked

Just my view but not impressed at all.  He mentions the 15 game run last year,  yup ....lucky he was kept in a job as a lot of clubs would have sacked manager by then. Has had 2 windows since.   Yes the injuries of course are an impact but his tactics and lack of plan b are obvious......also Stuart...remember you are the manager that played 1 striker away to Ross County!!!

Yes there are those that have never liked him but not me. I have given him plenty of praise but I don't kind saying it, I am losing faith in him and his attitude now isn't helping.  I haven't called him insulting names as the guy is a human being but he isn't getting the results and Saturday really is huge test if players are still on his side.

I have generally liked SK throughout his tenure, but he comes across as being on the defensive throughout this interview, as though he's being 'got at' a wee bit - by the media, match officials and supporters. In my opinion, he clearly puts his all into the managerial post and rightly points to the fact we are still in a good league position despite squad injury challenges throughout the season so far. I do however sometimes wonder if they are over-analysing games with the players and would like to see the team just getting back to doing the basics of football well, having watched them struggle badly of late...

wonder what the players will think when the away support drops from 1800 to 400 yours eyes dont lie

No he doesn't in my view. He's honest and he's always appreciated the support. You can see it in previous videos where he goes over and thanks the support at the end telling them they are brilliant
