Went with Balmer. I would have gone with young Dylan Wells if he'd gotten more game time today, he was everywhere. Still a bit rough around the edges, but he has some qualities that suggest with time and coaching he could be a good little player.

Nice debut from Balmer. Looks solid at the back, and I think he'll be a threat at set pieces.

Defence had not a lot to do although the 3 central defenders looked comfortable but going to go for Ewan Wilson, looks solid, had a lovely touch to set up SOD’s goal, would have liked to see him put in more crosses though.

It was between Balmer and Wells for me, Balmer strolled it but he wasn't exactly pressurised as they were so poor, Wells looked decent on and off the ball and looks like he wants to play "heads up" football so he got my vote.

Not sure I can give it to a defender since I could have strolled through the game at the back.

I'm going to give it to Paton just for his willingness to get on the ball.  Always gives you a shift and takes on responsibility.

He's never an attacking midfielder though.

Thought Balmer did well, but wasnt really tested.

Paton was busy and tidy as always but with frustratingly little end product.

Thought young McDermott looked very good when he came on.

Went for young Dylan Wells as he was constantly showing for the ball and trying to make things happen. Showed more than a lot of his more experienced team mates. Would like to see more of him in the group stages.
