Wilson is ok but reluctantly takes on his man, and seems to be safety first and play it back. O'donnell is offering nothing. Halliday is being played in a position he can't control things. Wells would have been a better option instead of halliday. Kettlewell loyality to certain players and reluctance to give the new signings a chance against a team in division down is madness. Partick had one ball across the box but that's been it from them. We are a wee bit; unlucky not to have the lead at half time. A penalty shout, hit the bar, some decent saves from their keeper. Until we get the right players out wide, it's going to be a long season. Agreed. If Wilson is unable to get to the byline and put decent crosses in he should be no more than a defensive backup. We desperately lack pace on the flanks and without it we'll struggle to create this season. Regards to the defence. Kettlewell must find a settled combination and play them together consistently.
