If that is Stama out for a while either then Kettlewell is an absolute joke and it's very unlike me to be as outspoken.  No need to start him as we had options up front

True we can I'll afford any more injuries. Unlike ugly sisters who can buy matches.

That you ruled him out then. Based on 60 minutes of football.

Wait and see obviously but he doesn't look dangerous in attack and he's injured despite barely being involved in 40 minutes of football.

Exactly, It is no longer bad luck as far as I am concerned.  Something not been done properly training wise.  Kettlewell goes on about his budget, it is costing us more as we will need to bring in replacements

I wouldn’t form any opinions on him based on this game and line up

The guy has travelled across the world, settling in new environment,  wife just gave birth to first child. Need to give him time to settle in.   Bair was honking first 4 months and that worked out not too bad

fair enough, time will tell. He was very poor in that first half. The two other strikers are too lightweight but I still think Robinson is dangerous though.

That looks like another muscle injury. We’re either extremely unlucky or something is very wrong with our signing policy and/or our training and medical regimes.

As I said the other day it can’t merely be put down to bad luck. To have 8/9/10 players out injured at one time and most of them out for lengthy periods has to point to something fundamentally wrong with our signing policy and our training methods, or both. ie. we are signing players who we know are not fit and/or we are pushing them too hard in training or putting them into games before they are anywhere near ready for it.

This season already has disaster of all disasters written all over it, even at this early stage.

Score line not too bad at half but their second goal was fkn ridiculous. They swaned up the park totally unchallenged then whoever it was in left defensive position just left the rangers player totally free on the inside. This is basic stuff and we totally fk’d it up.

As pointed out on P&B, this is no longer a bad luck story, this is negligence.

I'm not saying it is bad luck....but it could be.   You can't just 'rule out' bad luck.

I don't know about all these injuries but I know at least a few of them are 'contact' injuries.

From the little I’ve seen on video I’d say he’s more suited to an attacking formation so hopefully at some point SK will will throw this one Fwd shite out the window. Although I can see using it in this game but then, as Grizzly says, use Robinson or Moses for that role.

Aye there has to be more to it now than just down to bad luck.playing a guy in stama who isn't match in a game like this was asking for trouble and then he goes off injured.its early days but kettlewell had the chance to clear the decks over the summer but yet here we are with squad with zero pace or creativity and all these injuries already.

Paton has had three bad injuries in three years now. He's made of glass. Callachan is a crock. Nicholson has knee problems. It's not a surprise they are injured.

If Andy Halliday ever moves beyond a jog he'll be joining them.

The bigger issue is that they are all pish and won't win us games even at full fitness.

If it was two or three at a time and hadn’t been an issue for over a year now then I’d maybe accept that. But as I say it’s happened too many times to too many players for bad luck to just be a factor. Something is clearly wrong.

Agreed, injuries aside they players should never have been signed in the first place due to the fact there not very good, having guys like halliday and odonnell playing every week just means we're painfully slow with no movement in two key areas of the team.
