We were on the way to a late afternoon kick-off at Easter Road (being revamped at the time) when the news came through, I was actually talking to newly-signed Mitchell Van Der Gaag under their old rickety main stand when we were told. It must have filtered through to the players because not one of them looked interested, and you could fully understand why. Hibs comfortably won 2-0, but the result was immaterial. Complete gent. TheLip69 Posted April 29, 2009 Report Share Posted April 29, 2009 That picture of him holding up the Cup, I managed to copy that cut out all the extraneous surroundings and print it out as a transfer, which I then ironed onto a T-shirt that I wore to the Cooper Final when we lost 5-1 to Rangers.
