SteelmaninOZ
Is this the one that is SK’s last game? If we don’t win ? If we win…….?
wellfan
We have 5 more games in December. 9 points from 15 will see him reverse our fortunes, but I just can’t see where the next points are coming from anymore. We’re utter shite.
Kmcalpin
Changes required for Saturday please, but sensible ones this time. We might be on the verge of equalling last season's worst losing run, but the 3 points are still up for grabs.

El Grew
Really couldn’t give a flying f*ck right now. We are being managed by a guy whose mentality seems to be “we’ve got a point before we start so don’t take any risks and we’ll have a point at the end”. The football being produced under this guy is horrendous to watch.

SK needs to define what our shape is with the ball and without the ball and what each players responsibility is.
grizzlyg
I have defended Kettlewell loads but I am genuinely losing faith, just can't even think about Saturday game. Another horror show no doubt

grizzlyg
Right here goes. No way is Mr wan plan changing 3 at the back so I will go Ox Casey. Gordon. Seddon Kaleta. Paton. Miller. Wilson Watt Stama. Maswanhise Balmer should be nowhere near side after that pathetic 4th goal

Stevie73
Ox Koutroumbis Casey Gordon Seddon Kaleta Miller. Paton. Maswanhise Watt Stam I’d have a go with this, think young Wilson needs a rest, seems to have lost his spark and willingness to take players on. wellfan
Tickets are for collection only, there are no digital tickets. There will be no option to purchase a ticket from the SMiSA Stadium on the day of the game. If purchasing online, you must collect your ticket from the Fir Park ticket office before 4pm on Friday. This situation is absolutely ridiculous. What about the fan who decides on Saturday morning, say 7ish hours before kick-off, that they want to go to the game?! Maybe they were too busy during the week to consider the game, like most of us are these days. Crowds may already be dwindling with Well fans pissed off this week and not willing to buy a ticket until the last minute, or people may be penny pinching midweek due to Xmas budgeting pressures, and this moronic and exclusionary policy just makes things worse. The internet is not a new fancy technology. Nor are smart phones and smart tickets. Scottish football is truly its own worst enemy.
Kmcalpin
Right folks. Time to contact the Society about this ridiculous situation. The more feedback it gets the stronger its case.

Exact same situation as happened with the game at Aberdeen this season. Apparently it's too much hassle for the club to accept payment over the phone/online and then outside the away ground have a Member of Staff hand out those tickets that cannot be collected. As they have done in previous seasons at Hearts, Hibs and Killie away games. Seemed easy enough and worked fine. Following that Aberdeen game we were advised that Society and Club were in discussion to come up with a solution. But here we are again.

It’s the responsibility of the host club to administer tickets.
Spiderpig
5 minutes ago, wellfan said: I’m reticent to pin blame on Motherwell here. It’s the responsibility of the host club to administer tickets. Correct, in this day and age it's utter nonsense that a Premiership club like St Mirren can not provide online sales and the option of digital ticketing. dennyc
Just now, wellfan said: I’m reticent to pin blame on Motherwell here. It’s the responsibility of the host club to administer tickets. It's Motherwell fans that are disadvantaged, so Motherwell could easily sort something out. As I said, they have done so in the past. It's not difficult. Aberdeen even had a wee stall in place outside the away entrance signposted as 'Ticket Collection'. Would have been easy enough to have someone from the travelling party set up there from around 2PM. I was told there was nobody available. How about a wee bit of interaction with our fans and have a travelling reserve do it? Or maybe a Society Board Member.

I don’t disagree with your point or suggestion here, but none of it would be required if the host club wasn’t being stupid.
dennyc
Oh I agree the host Club has the responsibility and is the reason Motherwell fans might miss out. Even Montrose were more efficient and more in touch with the modern world than so called top teams like St Mirren and Aberdeen. Which should be a source of embarrassment to those two Clubs. Fans deserve better. But at the end of the day I don't suppose either of those two give a toss about away fans. So sadly it falls to Motherwell to find a workable solution. Orinoco
See this ticket only nonsense. Allow fans to walk up and pay at a cash gate. No as if it's going to be a capacity crowd. As for the game it's going to a tight battle. Our luck and form has deserted us, so the odds are against us. But you never know with our club. Wishielad
I have just spoken with the ticket office at Fir park and the problem is that St Mirren are insisting on physical tickets for away fans. Disappointing that considering their 'Well backgrounds, Las and Robinson haven't intervened to stop this madness. Calling St Mirren's ticket office, now, to seek an explanation.
