Here is the biggest problem, and one we have walked ourselves into.

Previously, when replacing a manager mid season, we have had the players there for the new gaffer to work with, this time around, I dont think even pep could keep us up.

If puts paid to the myth its a decent squad. It isn't its full of utter shite and we are wasting LM , he should have gone in January to help him. The squad has losers written all over it and if any team has momentum for 11th (or god forbid 12th) its us.

if its a choice between him and Ketsbia Id take van der gagg but not fussed on either.

He successfully managed Maritimo (sp), a Madeiran island team playing in the Portuguese league.

Madeira is my favourite holiday destination so this links Grizzly's holiday chat with the manager thread. It is a dead cert!!!

Frail saying new manager is bringing his own assistant.

Complete fresh look is required.

Yes, that's the way forward. Decent guy that Stephen Frail is, he is/was part of the problem. An off the field clear out is necessary with a fresh pair of eyes. However we do need someone with a knowledge of the Premiership to support the new man until the end of the season.

A tad harsh. Yes, there is a lot of deadwood in our bloated squad but there are some decent players in there too. There are several problems though. The team is suffering from low confidence and secondly isn't playing for the current/old regime. Most importantly though we aren't getting the best out of what we have. Poor team selections, like today, and playing players out of position. We're no world beaters but aren't as bad as we appear to be. There's hope yet
