I’m assuming you mean during the game as opposed to afterwards?

Is in game acknowledgment of failure to a group of individuals who have no qualification to opinion beyond entrance fee is something you’d like all players to do from now on?

If so, I would suggest you need to come up with some form of sign language code that provides clear indication of what kind of apology is required or given.
 

You know, like, a bow in the direction of the noisy people could mean “thank you, I honestly don’t know what I was thinking” or a curtsy could mean “your constructive feedback is always welcomed, I will endeavour to do better next time”.

I’ll of course leave thst in your capable hands but whilst creating your code, can I suggest you have versions of these “non verbal messages” to include “and this time with feeling” versions cos we’d hate for the baying mob to think said player didn’t care

When he scores he should just get a flash card with GIRUY written on it.

F1 has been depressing for about the past 20 years. Formula-E is more entertaining these days; they can even overtake each other at circuits like Monaco.

I'm in the opposite situation, though. Too much sport, not enough time to watch it all.

I actually saw a team in claret and amber winning yesterday, pity i had to travel 280 miles to see it! Spent this weekend with a mate who supports Bradford City, took in their 2-0 win v MK Dons, wasn't full Alexanderball but not far off it, 36% possession, no nonsense defenders hit it long, pacey front men, press high and win second balls, both goals came from putting opposition under pressure when on the ball. 2-0 up early in second half just saw the game out. 17000 crowd who made plenty noise, natives seemed very happy with things, actually quite nice to be in a happy crowd, I was a critic of GA, but right now I'd give anything for a win no matter what style we play. (for now 🤫)
