I liked the gaffers pre match conference - an offensive team who care about possession.  Yes please.

Be interesting to see who makes the starting 11 in coming weeks.  With likes of Kaleta, Koutroumbis, Thomson, Slattery,  Andrews, AP, Masawanhise, Plange, Disckson all being attack minded players we could well see wholesale changes .

Even likes of Paton, Watt may have something to offer with a different approach.

One things for sure there's a reasonable amount of options to pick from.

Fingers crossed.

No SOD and Halliday to come on if we need to defend a lead

Dundee’s striking options have suffered a major blow after Seb Palmer-Houlden picked up a “significant” knee injury.
The on-loan Bristol City striker is one of three players who picked up injuries in the weekend defeat at Ross County.
Defenders Antonio Portales and Clark Robertson both limped off and will miss Wednesday’s trip to Motherwell alongside Palmer-Houlden.

Adewumi will likely come in, he ripped us to shreds last game and then did the same to Celtic, not sure why he's been on the bench recently.

Fair point. Apologies Wellfan91, I edited my post after you uploaded yours.

If the Dundee Courier is to be believed, the Dark Blues will be without Seb Palmer-Houlden, Antonio Portales and Clark Robertson, Scott Fraser and Billy Koumetio. It'll be interesting to see if Jordan McGhee features tonight.

Has Jordan mcghee signed a pca with us?

Yeah, many think it was a good signing however watched highlights of the game on Saturday against County and he was rotten, he for me isn't the kind of players we need to be signing. We need younger players who we can potentially sell on for money. McGhee is ok if we aren't going to be carrying SOD, McGinn etc....

McGhee was a Kettlewell signing, but we have to hope that Wimmer can get a tune out of him and several other new players next season. The Kettlewell hangover will remain for 18+ months, but note that I’m not directing that at McGhee, as he could be an excellent versatile player for us.

Dundee have concede 20 goals in their last 5 matches.

Motherwell 0 then.....

Dundee have scored 39 and conceded 58 so far this season.

We’ve scored 30 and conceded 46.

They may have scored more than us, but we’ve conceded less, and our goal difference is slightly better.

It’s certainly going to be a tight game with both teams likely to score.

I think we’ll win tonight. No idea where that’s coming from as I’m generally downbeat about our chances. Just have a feeling under the lights with an increased support we’ll be ok. That and Dundee are poor and low on confidence just now…. Probably even more so than us.

The boy cameron has bossed our midfield a couple of times this season already, hopefully it's lennons time to control the game tonight.

Sadly I don’t think that LM is that type of controlling midfielder when space is tight unlike Cameron who’s outshone LM in their previous games  so someone needs to try to keep tight on him. Also Murray can’t be allowed to bully the hell out of the defence.

Has it fallen through with his transfer?
