Only man with a set of baws to call out Kettlewell for his nonsense and was dropped!

Step up big Casey.

Two goals and three points!Well done too all.

Heard today that O'Donnell was also questioning Kettlewell on his tactics.

Oft what a differance when we remember that the ball is made round to go round some nice crisp passing etc in the first half especially , just ran out of legs at the end, but some more double training sessions will sort that, good to see nobody feart to take the ball in tight situations and pass out of it thought the young boy andrews was good and tidy, anyway gives us something to look forward to going forward  ( as long as county n dundee draw on sat )

JUST a THANK FUCK FOR THAT needed 👍

Much better on the ball tonight with the caveat that we were playing the worst team in the league right now.

However don't really remember creating too many chances, we probably created more in the Ross County match it's just that our execution was terrible in that game. Stats say the keeper had 4 saves, I don't remember a serious one.

And I thought we always looked venerable when the ball was turned over even when Dundee weren't really in the match in the first half.

Stuff to work on for sure, need to tighten up off the ball and I'd like to see us perform against a team in better form than Dundee before I declare a revival.

Overall though much better than the Ross County match.

You can see the difference already with the high press 1st half and wing backs getting forward, 2nd half not as good but I think that is down to fitness and Wimmer will work on that.

Lots of hard working performances and not going to criticise anyone.   Hopefully the players can take a lot of confidence from that and great to come back after conceding that equaliser...COYW

Love it when they prove me wrong. Never saw that coming. Night and day to the utter, utter dross we've watched for months. No failures in the team every one of them burst their arse for the cause. Losing the late goal it could have been so easy to retreat and try and hold on for a point as we'd have done under SK. However they kept pressing forward. When its a single goal the opposition is going to throw the kitchen sink at us. I don't care what the SOD haters think , and I agree he's been poor of late , but he covered every part of the pitch tonight and put in a lot of saving interventions.  I sincerely hope the squad is better than I give them credit for but its been a bloody long time since we play football on the front foot and that was enjoying to watch, although nervy at the end.

Much improved and lots to be encouraged by. What a difference with new instructions to play high tempo, high press and fast firm fizzed passes! Night and day from the shite previously served up.

First half was a good watch, 2nd half we probably ran out of steam but certainly retreated and left a huge gap between the front three & the rest.

Thought Miller was everywhere, some effort by the lad. Very impressed with Thomson and Andrews as well. Thats not to say the rest didnt do well, those 3 stood out for me.

More of the same application and effort please lads. Great shift tonight

Just in. Have to say I really enjoyed that game tonight. First half was the best we’ve played all season. Dundee were the better side in the 2nd half and deserved their goal but we showed some guts to get back into it immediately.

the players who id pan normally were excellent. I thought odonnell and Halliday deserve credit tonight, both did a great job.  Armstrong had a tough shift up front himself but that boy works his ar5e off.

great 3 points and takes a bit of heat off.

So Motherwell players can actually pass to each other and move up the park as a unit, press the opposition and bust a gut for each other?

What suddenly happened 😈?

Couldn't criticise anyone tonight since Dan redeemed himself with his second goal.

I suspect Armstrong may not become  a big goal scorer at SPL  level but he won an amazing number of challenges and could be useful if he is paired with a nippy and nimble partner.

Sounds like our wee coach is a dead-ball-routine connoisseur so that should be helpful in tight games.

Would be lovely to wipe the prematurely smug smiles off The Hens' faces this weekend. I don't think our managerial duo will be too fazed by a visit to CG Central so I hope that rubs off on the players.

'Mon The 'Well!
