joewarkfanclub
Given that Motherwell generally only win 40% or less of our games, forecasting a loss every week means you are, more often than not, likely to be correct! Maybe folk should cut MJC some slack! 😍😍😍
FirParkCornerExile
if we set up and play as we've done in the last two games there is no reason we can't win... whether we do is a different matter. St Mirren are very unpredictable but Im far less worried about that game than I was 3 or 4 weeks ago. If we have genuine hopes of finishing top 6 we need to win it. Would nearly knock St Mirren out the running, would leave them 7 points behind us with three to go.
Big Stall
A win would be superb, but we are Motherwell & generally when we are convinced we are moving in the correct direction we take a boot to the stones! Plus, St Midden will be set up to frustrate us. If we are going gung ho then with our defence we can expect the paisley mob to try pick us off. Still..... 3-1 to the mighty! They will definitely try, but what will be interesting is to see if we have added new layers (as SK used to say) to the existing approach. Stuwell2
Agree, this two weeks should be about working out how to break down a defensive system. StM & Killie with both set up to defend where as Aberdeen and Hearts will be playing a more attacking game. I see us possibly getting 6 points max over the 4 games, 2 wins or 1 win and 3 draws but if our tactics are correct - and the team are able to implement them - then we could potentially take all 12 points. wellfan
A big concern for us should be the potential for Robbo to set St Mirren up to kick lumps out of us and cause some bad injuries. We need to be smart going into this game.

Big Stall
After seeing how we set up & executed the last two games, im actually excited for going to Fir Park. I cant say iv had that feeling much over the last few seasons - despite being an ST holder & going along each week, it was more out of habit/duty. Long may the excitement continue

Going to Fir park under SK was a chore more than anything.

I'm glad Wimmer looks to be in the "lets play our game straight from the kick off" camp and lets the opposition deal with that instead.
