Kmcalpin
So we move on to Rugby Park next week and yet another hard very physical game in prospect on a shocking surface. Both sides suffered heavy defeats yesterday; so which one will pick themselves up. I'd settle for a draw right now.
wellfan
Oh, look, our next game is against a team coming off the back of a terrible result and in desperate need of a win. We all know what happens next.
grizzlyg
Massive game and looking for a reaction after yesterday. The players have all been very positive about Wimmer but I would imagine they would have seen a new side to him after that result. They either step up or they won't be here next season. Killie on terrible run but they do have that honking pitch to help them. COYW
Kmcalpin
A good post from WellDel on P & B that pretty much sums up my thoughts. "Both Killie and Hearts have a physicality that, based on yesterday, we will not be up to competing with. It's up to Wimmer to come up with a game plan to make us competitive from what we have available, as when it comes down to a battle we're severely lacking. It'll be an even tougher task if Gordon is out following his early departure yesterday. He's no Baresi, but the type of no-nonsense defender you need in these sort of games, because Balmer simply won't do."
texanwellfan
Tough one for MW. Poor display yesterday and then we never play well at Killie. I can’t believe we got out of there with a point the last time but yet I’m still hoping for 3 points to set up a “playoff” game for the last one before the split
texanwellfan
Can’t recall the Killie players name but the guy on the right wing had a field day against us last time. Hopefully Thompson can keep him quiet.
twistandshout1983
Wouldn't be too bad seeing Ayr in the Scottish premier league , be a very good away day for Well fans Was not a fan of Scott Broon as a player , like what he is doing at Ayr Ayr v Killie in a potential playoff would be a great watch . Know a few Killie fans who hate them
robsterwood
Kilmarnock should have won easy. Last time we played them. Big improvement needed if we to win it
wellsince75
This is a huge game for any player who wants to stick around next season. We need to come out the traps in the same way we did against Dundee . The reality is I'm not convinced many of our players are able to do that consistently. joewarkfanclub
Never really enjoy games at Rugby Park due to the surface and the way we usually end up playing. Im hoping that Wimmer isnt influenced by the pitch, sticks to his guns and plays the high intensity passing game. Even if we dont win it might make it more enjoyable to watch.... Spit_It_Out
Sad to say but i have no faith in these players listening to what the manager is trying to explain to them after Saturdays showing it looked like they have checked out out cause that was not a team wanting to fight for a top six place.Slattery and Paton at least tried the rest right in the bin. i think we are going to get bullied off the pitch.sadly. MJC
Two poor teams playing on the worst pitch in the league. If there is to be a winner It will come down to who is less poor on the day. 1-0 home win.

grizzlyg
Ah well, the positivity didn't last long. Look it was a bad day on Saturday but fact we are still in with chance of top 6 is great as we were in freefall before Wimmer took over. It's just case of getting safe and rebuilding for next season. Getting Slattery an extension is a great start to that as he has been immense since coming back. COYW
Spit_It_Out
Listening to Halliday talking about the game he said the manager likes the two wing backs to be coming in on the back posts when we are attacking by christ he will have to upgrade on both flanks then for next season cause for me we have been so terrible down both sides this season the worst in a good few years for me. Kettlewell/Daws had such a terrible summer transfer window it could go down as one of the worst i have ever witnessed.

Probably not as big as there would have been if we had got a decent result on Saturday. But all us happy clappers will be there so come along and have a glass half full of whatever we are having! 😉

Tbh Keletta has this half arsed attitude about him more so tracking back dont think his heart is in it and Seddon we havent see enough of him really only featured in at most 10-11 games. As for Thompson if he gets a contract for his efforts i will be truly gobmacked lol.
FirParkCornerExile
Once again a draw at best. We really are poor and I expect us to ease Killie's worries , we've done it for Hibs, Hearts & St Johnstone. I see that pattern continuing on that fuckin awful pitch. Home win.
