I honestly be open to nearly all of them going as they don't look capable of playing the way Wimmer wants to play on a regular basis.

Balmer would be the first player I  would sit down and tell him he is free to look for a new club he is terrible.Thompson wouldn't be getting a contract and as for the loan players everyone of them can be replaced.

And it's time to bring him home let's get wee Alan Campbell back where he is loved and can shine again/be happy just tell him look Alan it shall be good for you couple of years with us and you still be young enough to get a big move again. He would be magical in this Wimmer system.

I'd keep Armstrong as well. I wouldn't keep Mawhanise. He's not shown enough to impress in my view

My concern with Maswanhise is the fact that even after several months training, he doesn't have the fitness to last 90 minutes. It was understandable at the outset given he'd been without a club, but not now...

For me I think he's very talented but he's shown it in flashes. Probably like Ebiye at the start. I just don't think he's good enough -there is a footballer in there, that's obvious but I think he's had enough time to show what he can do and he's not done it.

I don't think we can compete with, Utd wages and if he does do well for them he won't be coming to us

Defence has needed an overhaul for 2 seasons. Gordon is the sort of player you want in the middle of the 3 just need to find the right outside Cbs. Balmer fine as a squad player.

Just one question I'd ask: are we married to three at the back?

Is it possible that we could switch to a more traditional four at the back, allowing more numbers in midfield?

Keep ox. Maswinise, sparrow, slattery, Gordon, rest can go. Badly need pace and agility in final 3rd. Hopefully use miller money to pay for targets. Hopefully manager has some good contacts in Germany

Specsavers or vision express I am sure can help him out just as well here without having to go to Germany.        Thank you.......good night 🤪🤪🤪

I think for this season he isn't wanting to change much but I can see his own style coming in next season.  Maybe still a 3 but with 2 energetic wing backs.

have you seen Campbell playing for Dundee Utd? No better than what we have. I agree with most of the rest. The squad has proved time and again they aint up to it. So not many I would be disappointed to lose.

I would bet my house on familiar surroundings with a fan base that appreciates him and we would get an entirely different player from what's been on show at his more recent clubs.

He is exactly what we need can tackle and get up and down box to box 90 plus mins per game easy.

Alan Campbell would be a great addition to our squad and exactly the type of player that would fit into Wimmerball.

Whether he would come home on the wages we can offer is a different matter.

I certainly wouldnt be pushing the boat out for him. We need to spend our limited budget more wisely than we have in recent seasons.

There's a reason Luton then milwall and Charlton didn't want him. We need to be looking at younger players coming through and potentially a sell on value. It's a no for me with Campbell.

With the greatest respect, Campbell is only 26 and if we dont need to pay a transfer fee to secure his services, there is no re need to secure a sell on for him. No different than signing any number of English lower league journeyman, as has been our want of late.

Circumstances were not kind to him down south and although I wasnt that impressed with him when we played United, I still think he has sufficient energy and quality to do a job for us.

He would be a significant upgrade on Davor imho.

Regardless, I dont think the wages we are offering will be of any interest to him these days. Unless United dont offer him anything and other suitors are thin on the ground....

100% would love AC back.   I had hoped we'd have gone for him in Jan, and can see he doesn't always start for Utd.

I do recognise that I have a massive bias for those who came through the club. The likes of Hammell, Lasley, Pearson, McFadden, McDonald and of course Uncle Phil all went on to bigger things and came back adding value.  I see Campell akin to a Lasley of the day, I'd love to see him back.

As I say I recognise my bias.

Won more tons of player awards with Luton and the fans loved him the manager changed and the new guy just didnt fancy him simple as that and i think his confidence just went down hill nothing more nothing less happens to alot of players.

He is exactly what we need at the club.

Given that our current options are mostly mediocre at best then Allan Campbell would be a significant upgrade.

Correct, we will be losing the only decent talent we have in midfield during the summer when Miller goes, so Campbell would be a great signing, I would also be keeping Halliday as well.

Hallidays done. Respect opinions but I think we need to be looking at younger players with more pace. We are often over run and put muscled in midfield with too many lightweight players without pace.

Agreed. Want to move forward not the same old.
