Season tickets now on sale. Not surprisingly involving price increases, especially for some concessions. Quite a few alterations to age categories.

Glad to see the Under 13 regulation has now been changed to Under 12.

Age 60 concession threshold now upped to 65 - seems reasonable.

New pricing category 18-21.

New Under 5 free category.

Just saw that. Believe the concession is over 65 for those buying new - a renewal stays at 60 plus

A touchy subject for some but its the right decision. It brings us into line with other clubs and organisations not to mention state pension age rises.  For those aged 60 or over and already receiving an age concession its a fair approach. The transition period will work its way out.

I know the club need to make decisions on season ticket prices pretty early to get money in over the summer so they can start planning for next season, but they must be pretty confident that we are staying up to fire a price increase in.

Unless of course they have done their market research and are confident folk will still part with their cash for a season in the Championship.

FWIW, I do think we will stay up. But I wouldnt say Im confident that we definitely will!

Regardless what division we are in I will be renewing though obviously hope it's top division.

On different point quality video from the media team about Tom Sparrow playing golf,  greyed out registration on front of car but next shot of him taking clubs out boot has full reg plate in view!!! Spielberg eat yer heart oot 🤣🤣🤣

I took a sabbatical this season from attending  Fir Park due to the utter embarrassment of a summer transfer window and I shall be doing the same logic this season aswell as the weeks go and we see who is getting kept an such will play a part in it cause I would hound the lot of them bar Sparrow,Slattery and Ox.

80 mile plus round trip on public transport  to watch this football that's been played this season and I would have been on the drink again I haven't touched a drop in about 10 years lol.

I have nothing but admiration for folk watching this football being played this season paying hard earned money week in week out  cause it's been a howler.

Not seeing any value in renewing.

18 games offers little when you factor in discounted entry for others on occasion for starters.

This is where season tickets really are becoming more about habit than value.

Its getting to the point where if you miss a single game it's not worth the ST.

It's the first season in many a year that I've decided I'll not be renewing. I'm probably being overly precious about it but VAR has pissed me off too much to the point that I stopped going to away regularly and realised my love for the game was fizzling out a bit. Typically I spent a fortune heading up to Aberdeen then Killie back to back which cemented my feelings.

I work shifts and miss a few games every year making a season ticket cost more than the games I attend but I’ll renew mine for two reasons, firstly to keep my seat next to family and friends - who I have a few pints with before and after the game - and secondly it’s money in the bank for the club allowing it to plan their budget better.

Similar to me  although I'm retired.

Football is ridiculously expensive but so are other forms of entertainment. The cost of musical gigs and other such events has rocketed. Each to their own, but value for money isn't a factor for me. The bottom line as Stuwell2 says is that a renewal helps the club.

I'll renew but I think the club really needs to keep a careful look at the prices.

Going over £400 may be a red line for some people.  At £22 per game assuming 18 matches I think it's still reasonable value but at this stage it's more about convenience than cost.

And while not in the immediate short term future if the cheapest non concession season tickets start going over £450 in the next 1-3 years then I do think a lot more people are going to pause to think if that's a lump sum they can afford.

I mean I've been to hundreds of gigs down the years, I just don't go any more because of the pricing.  Same with the cinema, haven't been in years.  Football needs to be very careful about it's pricing because I do believe we are getting close to levels of expenditure that will turn people away.

Pricing is always a problem, but seeing as it plays such a key part of income, we would need to find other revenue streams to offset it.

Or, of course, spend less on player salaries with all that entails.

It's likely everything else is going to jump in price this year too, so I totally understand people picking and choosing their games.
