Guest 'Flow
Just got home after having to leave a wee shade early but things were still in full swing at 9.30! Fantastically well organised again with a superb turn-out of current and former players (along with the Chairman and Club Sec)... Well done guys - A superb night in tribute to a superb Motherwell player! 'Flow
mon_da_well
What a night. I left just before the final started (Stevie Hammell made it!) but it was awesome all night. Well done Andy and everyone else involed in getting this organized.
Yabba's Turd
Had to leave before the final to go to work, a great night with fantastic prizes as well, Well done. Special mention to Sarah for her support against Stevie Kirk, (he'd beaten her in the previous round and she wanted to put him off with some unusual tactics), ended up putting mee off more than Kirkie. Motherwell Football Club
Absolutely gutted I couldn't make it tonight. I'll still put the tenner towards the fund though, every little helps 'n' that. Sounds like it was a smashing evening.
Yabba's Turd
Who won? The pool Shark? or thon Pat guy? Apologies for the Sellic/Jamie Dolan in goals DVD being faulty, possibly the only hitch of the whole evening.
patnevin
What a night! Big thanks to the organizers and all the past and current players that came down. Big well done to Stevie Hammell for winning the tournament too, beating probably the best pool player in Scotland over the last few years, Pat Holtz in the final. Was great to get the opportunity to play against some of the legends too, but I have to hang my head for grannying John Philliben, that didny feel too good haha. AndyRoss
I've done well to make my work! Thanks very much to all involved , last nights figure for money raised was estimated around £5,000. Delighted with that. So many people to thank - but I'm too tender to list names at the moment. Some brilliant characters amongst the former players , must have been a fair few tales shared last night. Mr Boyle's first ever game of pool went as expected as well
milo
Very sorry I couldn't make it due to work. Sounds great. Well done to the guys who organised it and big ups to all the players, past and present, who lent their support.
Frazzie
Great night. Everything went smoothly (eventually!) and as nice a guy as Pat Holtz is, I am very pleased that it was a 'Well player who lifted the trophy. I am struggling badly this morning though... The Ram 89
Was a brilliant night and the total raised for Jamie's family was fantastic. Was quite gutted to go out to Stevie in the Semi's but no doubt he was a worthy winner of the trophy after beating the world champion in the final. Got to mention Tam Cowan again as I thought he was at his usual best once again. And a thanks to the organisers on the night who always seemed to be busy. Here's to another Jamie tournament next year. Craig

Alan_mfc
Was a fantastic night indeed. Huge praise has to go to Tam and Andy for their efforts throughout and to all the other helpers on the night. Also, huge praise to colin at jack daniels who was a superb sport all night. Was a great evening and great to see some of the old legends again. Well done to all P.s Anybody know why McGhee and Leitch were unable to attend? WellTiliDie
Great night with a fantastic amount of money (especially the £1200 for the new Motherwell strip) raised for Jamies family. A big thanks must go to the folk that organised the tournament and made sure it ran smoothly and on time on the night. Its a pity there wasn't as many first team players there but all in all it was a really good night had by all. Thought Tam Cowan was excellent especially the joke about Chris McCart not being there. Well done to Stevie Hammell for being the eventual winner against my new coach, Pat Holtz.

But why anybody was unable to attend is none of anybody's business I don't think
