kmmfc
Thank god he's away. Probably the worst decision of McGhee's time at Fir Park to give that useless waster an 18-month contract. The state of his fitness was embarrassing for a professional footballer.
Rammer
The one years extension was a complete waste of time for both him and Motherwell. Reckon his boozing got in the way of his football and unfortunately had an impact on his career.
well-army
Won't be sorry to see him go. yes he was a great passer of the ball but what a lazy player.
Deaddogman
He's kidding himself if he thinks he's not going to get just the same treatment from all the ex-pat Old Firm neds in Oz, though! Bed made -> lie on it, I'm afraid... Was thinking the same myself there , But good luck to him, I have no ill feeling towards him
fatcalf
Still don't get this 'best passer' bit, evidence suggests otherwise but thankfully he's off, a year too late for our finances but gone now. Funniest bit is this topic headline was directly above the one saying "Fernando Torres" when I clicked on 'view new posts', from the sublime to the ridiculous, the true essence of WTFC
another number
Will be sorely missed. Slightly OTT.
Well-Made
Heard that if he was willing to retire from football that the Celtic Board would've offered him the managers job. (Why not everyone else is getting linked. Should be really nasty and get that rumour going on the celtic forums)
jk2205
Mixed bag from Bob, fitness was pretty poor in my book, but good range of passing and a few cheeky free kicks that will be missed this season.. Having watched alot of the Perth Glory games he'll hopefully fit in alot better over in the A League where its not as fast and as furious as over here and one of the top strikers is Eugene Dadi
Motherwell Football Club
Slightly OTT. As is saying he was a waste of pace.
Rammer
As is saying he was a waste of pace. Something that Fat Boab could never be accused of!

daver
I'm afraid I could never take to him. I assumed McGhee saw something in him he liked and thought that a good pre-season could get him fit enough to play a lot better, like it had with several players the previous year. Unfortunately he came back as unfit as ever and , other than for free-kicks, we were as good as a man short in many of his apperances as opposition players just ran round him. Faddyisgod
He was a wate of space. Just a shame we didnt get rid of him last summer. Waste of money by McGhee.
Easy Target
best of luck to big bob. not one on this board cant say theyve never done anythin they regret. everybody deserves a chance to get their life back on track an i only wish him the best an hope everythin works out for him. some arseholes on this board have never liked him since he signed for no other reasons than that they are bigots. discuss.......... Motherwell Football Club
Totally agree. He was a massive help in getting us to 3rd last season. Its jsut a shame he couldn't get his fitness up to scratch. Fantastic player. A combinaton of Klimpl and Hughes, unfortunately, he was as heavy as both of them put together. Frazzie
I would say that the people who have disliked Bob Malcolm since he signed disliked him because he's a bigot. Not really the type of rolemodel we want at our family club.
trafficlight
some arseholes on this board have never liked him since he signed for no other reasons than that they are bigots. discuss.......... c***s Not sure how that works, but you're right about everyone deserving a second chance. I don't know whether he now regrets the infamous autograph, but I hope so. If it was a silly mistake as he played to the gallery, let the guy move on. However, should he really hold such unpleasant views, let him go to Australia, and hopefully take all other like minded fools with him. cambo97
That's a matter of opinion! But the converse would also apply that the 'c**ts' that didn't like him because they thought he was a fat, lazy useless footballer rather than being bigots
Motherwell Football Club
Useless but still the top scorer outside the strikers?
