CheshireCat
Spoke to a Rochdale fan tonight. Stockport beat them in the play off final last year. Phrases I kept hearing were "He'll get the ball on the deck" and "he'll sign young players who all will be able to at least pass a football". Regarding the falling out with his own players, my mate told that there is a story that Gannon fell out with a player after an away game in the south of England. Said player was left to make his own way home. Basically he's seen as an argumentative, moaning get who knows his stuff. A budget Alex Ferguson...? You will be a passing team there are no two ways about it. It's very, very good to watch. The story of the fall-out, it may have happened but with Jim it most definately could have! The players will have to pull their weight and fit in with his style of play, if they can't they will be moved out no matter who they are. A budget Fergie? Quite possibly.
