Yir Elder
Hopefully seeing Hutch and Forbes signing these improved deals will encourage the likes of Slane, Murphy, Saunders, McHugh and Page to commit long-term to the club, safe in the knowledge that they will get a fair chance and also be allowed to move on (for a fair fee of course!) when the time is right. Lobey_Dosser
Great news with Hutchison following Forbes. O'Brien and Coke would be my next priorities.
Rickoza
Superb stuff! Gannon's here two minutes and most of our brightest stars are committed to the club. Previously, they were being left to just drift away.........

Iain7_mfc
Great news to hear. Even though Hutchinson broke through last year to play against Hamilton, and put in a great performance as well, he was dropped as soon as Craigan and Reynolds were fit regardless of his performance. Same goes with Saunders last year. Gannon's Babes! Keep 'em coming!

McHugh is already on a 3 year contract from the start of this season buddy! I work with his uncle and he told me he loves Motherwell and the whole set up. Steelmen
McHugh is already on a 3 year contract from the start of this season buddy! I work with his uncle and he told me he loves Motherwell and the whole set up. Glad to hear it, mchugh is one of the less well known of the lads that have broken through this year but after his performance against st johnstone his future is just as bright as Forbes and co. Ditto. Fair dos young guys need to weigh up their options. But if the club have put decent offers on the table and there's now an infrastructure for them to develop further, what a golden opportunity. I hope these two signings have a domino effect on others. Come on guys - make yirselves Well legends. Just ask Dougie, Kirkie and Wullie P.
madwullie
We need to get O'Brien signed up STAT. He's been the source of so many goals this season, and has looked (or sounded if I listened on the radio) our most threatening player in almost every game. He was bigging up Gammon in a recent interview anaw, so hopefully he wants to stick around.
