John Sutton. Great performance from Sutters when he arrived on the scene and made some vital blocks that won us the point.

Was a close call between Coke and Hately for me. Went for Giles but wouldn't grudge any player the award this week. Great team effort.

Went with Hateley but I was hard presssed to find one player as a standout as all the boys were fantastic on Saturday.

 

Yass and Murph had the run of Naylor and Wilson for the majority of the match.

 

Reynolds was superb at the back and looks to be finding the kind of consistent form that he lacked last year.

 

Went with Hateley simply for the fact that he done everything right, his movement was superb and barely misplaced a pass the whole game.

 

He's the kind of player who will come in handy this year on the quick counter attacks.

 

Still can't stick his auld man though.

I'd gone for Reynolds. Superb at marshalling the defence and looks every bit the player we know he is.
