Steve Diggle
Does anyone know if they've actually sold one of those goalie tops yet? Haven't seen anyone wearing it for some reason. Aye they've sold loads. Goalie tops / kits are bought for kids in the main (you never really see adults in any ground wearing goalie kits) - and at the time it was launched I'm sure someone said pre-orders were booming. Seen some girls wearing it at Paisley and a few folk walking out the shop with it on Saturday.
fatcalf
IMO nae worse than some of the absolutely howling goalie tops going round just now and in the past. Methinks some just can't be seen to accept the pink for fear of being labelled. It's okay to like it lads, disnae make ye gay you know. Ya Bezzer!
aye he looked like someone had a go at him with a yellow hilighter. anyway, he shouldn;t have been allowed to wear it as it clashed with the stewards jackets. I think there is some kind of psychology behind it in that it draws the eyes and therefore makes it more likely the attacker will shoot closer to the goalkeeper. fatcalf
Would imagine it draws the attackers attention and gives him the option to place his shot well away from him, reverse psychology that is.
