dosser1886
Hats off to the guy he definitely knows how to use the press. But he is so full of shit when he says that he would still be with us if the side hadn't been broken up. Obviously no confidence in himself to do a Gannon and re-build the team and play some of the talented young guys that he so obviously ignored while he was here. Then he playes the what a martyr and right good guy I am card "I jumped ship to help my friends at Motherwell and save them some dosh". Go fuck yerself. He's a feckin spindoctor not a football manager. He also has a long term plan for Aberdeen - god help them.
David MFC
PREDICTION - McGhee to get pelters prediction ? ..... surly thats a certainty ?
steelboy
i don't agree that mcghee ignored the young players. mchugh, saunders, hutchison and slane were all given there debuts by mcghee when they were 18 or under which suggest that he recognised that they had a lot of promise. murphy and darren smith featured a fair bit and archdeacon and page got contract extensions. forbes actually played in a preseason game at ayr in 2007 which must have meant mcghee was willing to look at him. the loan spell at dumbarton was meant to have improved the physical side of his game and helped him get used to playing at a higher tempo. considering that is still his achilles heel i doubt he was anywhere near spl ready a year ago. MJC_MKI
My prediction is that we won't win on Saturday and the best result we will get is a 0-0 draw. Otherwise I can see McGhee doing to us what so many ex players have done in the past and coming back to Fir Park, getting pelters and sticking it to us by beating us. 1-0 Aberdeen for me. steelboy
let's hope your run of being wrong in every prediction you make continues
Bill Bones
I'll go for a narrow 1-0 win. Are Hammell and Yassin likely to be fit? I wouldn't mind if Murphy got a start upfront.
Gaag
0-0, 1-1, 2-2 or something like that. It's written in the stars that it'll be a draw
Joeboy
I'd go for ____________________Ruddy__________________________ Saunders_____Hutchinson_____Reynolds________Hammell Humphrey_____Hateley_______Jennings________O'Brien _____________Murphy_______Jutkiewicz_______________ Think Coke and Forbes having a game on the bench wouldn't do them any harm, and that team has good width and hopefully Murphy can keep up his form! Finlay
Not a clue on the team but going for 1-1.
Fi2810
The tea lady should be above McGarry in the pecking order! Aww come on. You are being a wee bit harsh there, are you not?
Nijholt91
I'm wondering how the pitch is. The last few days would have been testing for all SPL grounds but with our grounds history....
Bop
Well the other week it pished of rain constantly and the logintolearn match took place without a problem, the pitch was perfect.

superwell87
It will be a close, tough game. 0-0 or 1-0 either way.
Yir Elder
I expect a close game as there isn't much between the sides. That said I do believe we have a better squad, so I will stick my neck out and predict a victory for Well by the odd goal. As for the team, I'd go with the following line-up: --------------------------------Ruddy----------------------------------- Moutouakil-------------Saunders-------Reynolds------------Hammell -------------------------------Hateley---------------------------------- ------------------------Jennings-------Coke--------------------------- -------------------------------O'Brien----------------------------------- -------------------------Murphy-----Jutkiewitz--------------------------
postiejim
I think 2-1 Motherwell ,wont be there though as I will be at my sons wedding ,my mate will text me and keep me up to date with the game.
Joeboy
In light of everyone that's missing _______________________Ruddy_____________________________ Moutaoukil________Saunders____Reynolds___________Hammell Coke___________Hateley_______Jennings____________O'Brien ________________Murphy________Jutkiewicz_______________ Subs: Fraser, Craigan, Sutton, Lasley, Forbes, Page, McHugh. DunnyMFC
Be a close game I think we will win 1-0. On a side not was delighted reading on the official that the pitch has stood up well to the heavy rain recently
jk2205
Close game, think we'll nick it 2 -
Motherwell Football Club
Jim O'brien should be no where near the middle of the park. ------------------Ruddy-------------------- Yassin - Saunders - Reynolds - Hammell ------------------Hateley------------------- ---------------Coke Forbes---------------- ---The Juke---------------------O'Brien--- -----------------Murphy--------------------
FirParks finest
Other than the Juke on that right side, that should be the side for saturday. I know Murphys confidence will be high but i dont think that position would be suited for juke.
scott_mfc
A big game for us, chance to put real distance between ourselves and Aberdeen. I expect the boys to be charged up for this. Mark Mcghee's comments and build up to the game will all work in our favour I think. Aslong as we manage to channel it properly I can see us running out winners by a goal or two. Here's hoping everyone behaves themselves off the park as well and we manage to get a cheeky win to help our Champions League chances. milo
Gannon has quite rightly came out and had a go at McGhee for courting O'Brien and for trying to influence situations via the media. Good for him! McGhee hasn't been shy in spouting his "butter woulnae melt" pish either. Only one way to shut him up, and as someone said earlier, really hoping him and Leitchs journey back North is a very very long one. No idea what the team or score will be though!
