CoF
Not much out there about him but found this about his trial at Ipswich.. The 18-year-old Senegal-born frontman, who is also set for a trial spell with Reading, has been playing his football with Icelandic club Fylkir. Faye has made 19 appearances in the Icelandic Premier League, netting one goal. Last month he scored three goals for Iceland’s U19s in two friendlies against Scotland and recently also netted in a 3-2 European qualifier victory against Bulgaria. And from another later article Keane says that Icelandic U19 international strike pair Pape Mamadou Faye and Ragnar Leosson have returned home after their spells with the club: “They’ve gone back, but we’re keeping an eye on them. Sometimes they come over on trial and you don’t make a decision after a few days. Maybe they’ll come back again."
nethertonwellfan
There I thought he was set for a 6 month stretch in Bar-L or something.

Frazzie
I was trying to think of something that was a cross between Senegalese and Icelandic and it was the best I could come up with. Geez a break.
Joeboy
One goal in nineteen games is hardly inspiring!
Rammer
One goal in nineteen games is hardly inspiring! To be fair, it's probably a better record than Lukas' when we got him.

Always striving for improvement it seems in every position. We can from that to expect the unexpected, it's worked thus far. Can he take it to May? Scottish Cup Winners 2010 BELIEVE!!! happyslappy
point is he is a under 19 international with what would appear to be a goal scoring record. The young guns are added to and if we get him on any deal we could sell him on if he turns out to be another rosco etc. Especially with the lad from everton looking as if he will go back there. (see his comments when he picked up the player of the month)
wee g
Seen this boy play against scotland the 2 games and he is an athlete with speed and built like a brick s88t hoose. For his first goal against scotland he ran through 4 or 5 players as if they weren`t there. Saunders & Danny Wilson from Rangers both had nightmares against the boy. Motherwell could do a lot worse than this boy. I say sign him quick before somebody else does.
Trucks
Thought he played pretty poorly at right back today. He's got the pace, but his final ball and defending was awful.
