Rocky'
THE ABOVE FLAG HAS BEEN WRONGLY AND RUDELY BEEN DETAINED BY "SECURITY" AT FIR PARK IN A SERIOUS BREACH OF TRUST, WE WOULD LIKE TOP URGE ALL FANS TO REPAY THEM WITH THE SAME LEVEL OF CONTEMPT AND MISTRUST
Bop
Is this the one they said "Pass it over and we'l give it back at the end of the game" only for you to go over at the end of the game and be told it had been binned ? What exactly did they say to you?
Rocky'
They wanted a name to pin the blame on, apparently it has an emblam on it which could cause offense and therefore who ever brought into the ground could face a charge a ban and a fine
Nijholt91
That's a fucking ridiculous flag to even attempt to take into a football match

ML1
Who told you that ? Theres no way you could be charged with anything - they do know it isnt a real gun ?? Surely they wouldnt dare ban you for it either ?? Either way if theyve fucked it in the bin add a zero on to what it cost and send them an invoice. Bop
I think its got something to do with his article about being "trained to kill"
ML1
If I was Jim Gannon I'd be pissed off at being made to look like an IRA terrorist or something! Well whoever has had their flag stolen should ask Jim Gannon if thats the case. I suspect he'd prefer the colour and noise from the support rather than the sit down shut up and f off again until you pay in next week that is trying to be imposed. Rocky , who told you it could lead to charges and a ban ?

Motherwell Football Club
Ye were asked to take it down because it had a gun on it. It's only your own fault for noncompliance.
SteelEdge
If I was Jim Gannon I'd be pissed off at being made to look like an IRA terrorist or something! Aye, an Irishman shown wielding a machine gun. Not the best idea for a flag really is it?

faddythedaddy
Just scrub over the gun and youve got Jim Gannon doing a nazi salute, albeit with an extremely short left arm.

Dee
The image I believe was taken from an article in the Scottish Sun. If the newspapers can print this then surely fans can have it as a flag? I think if the stewards and police said they would give you it back and didnt then is that not some form of theft?
hammy
Could may well be classed as theft ...
