The_Pup
I think Elliot was a good wee player when at FP and would have taken a punt on him again. Is not having a permenant manager going to affect any potential moves through the transfer window? I hope not
Moorey
I don't think not having a permanent manager will hinder any transfer market action to be honest, I think the club will continue as normal. Â Stuarty Elliot was a good wee player when he was with is before but don't know if he could still do a job for us, but all the best to him as long as he doesn't come back to haunt us!!! Onthefringes
and thrice  I think Elliot was a good wee player when at FP and would have taken a punt on him again. Is not having a permenant manager going to affect any potential moves through the transfer window? I hope not Kind of answered your own point there...  I'd agree on your second point mind.
Jay
Even if he was still as good as he was when he left (which he isn't going to be given he's signing for Accies) I wouldn't have him back due to this exercise-induced asthma. Â As much as I like McGarry, he couldn't last much more than 60 minutes. It would be totally pointless to get rid of him, and replace him with a player who can't last much more than 60 minutes. mon_da_well
He couldn't get near the Doncaster Rovers team so I'm glad he's at Accies and not with us again.
Wellfan1984
Thats because of fitness - and mainly the asthma Jay alludes to tbh mdw. Â Good player - but isn't this like the third topic we have had on this transfer in this forum?
Frazzie
He couldn't get near the Doncaster Rovers team so I'm glad he's at Accies and not with us again. Â Donny Rovers are now in their second season in the Championship, and would piss all over Motherwell at the moment...
ONeils40yarder
apparently played a stormer on Saturday for the Accies against the mighty Alloa. Scored twice in a 4-0 win.
gullane
Elliot was a favourite of mine. By not returning in the twilight of his career he will remain so. I'm old enough to remember the young, Brian McLair, not the has-been that returned in his mid-thirties.
nethertonwellfan
He is in the starting line up today.
Scarecrow
And just conceded a penalty
Rickoza
I thought Elliott did well today. rarely wasted the ball and looked a far more accomplished player than the one who left us all them years ago. And, despite not having played competatively since last March, lasted a full 88 minutes.
jonnymfc
Aye difference is McGarry doesnt score goals and generally was p1sh. however as we have seen albeit against Alloa he did get 2 and played well against Rangers, no way was that a penalty.
