Martin86
Bob Malcolm is a fantastic footballer and if Ross 'Usain Bolt' Forbes can pass as a fit midfielder in the SPL then i'm sure Bob can. Spot on! Forbes is over-rated. Id take Bob back.
MearnsWell
Actually spotted a black Range Rover wi' blinged up alloys and a private plate on my way to the game yesterday and thought "Aye that'll be big Boab back". It was parked in the middle lane of the M74 mind...

johnstone
I'll admit Bob Malcolm can take the odd free kick and his passing is decent, but as proved with his stint with us he is too slow. He is not an option at the back due to his pace and the game passes him by in the middle of the park. So for all you guys to be coming on here saying he is an excellent footballer is bollocks. He never has been an excellent footballer and going by recent form he never will. He scored two decent free kicks - that's it. Nothing more. mon_da_well
He scored two decent free kicks - that's it. Nothing more. Pretty cure he won a few leagues and cups. Do those not count, just freekicks aye?
Finlay
Pretty cure he won a few leagues and cups. Do those not count, just freekicks aye? So by that reckoning we should sign Billy McNeill. He won a European Cup. Must still be a great player.

David
So for all you guys to be coming on here saying he is an excellent footballer is bollocks. He never has been an excellent footballer and going by recent form he never will. Let's be honest here, if he was an excellent footballer he wouldn't be looking for a club to train with, would he? He's a decent player, and would certainly do a job as a squad member until the summer.

Wellfan1984
He's a decent player, and would certainly do a job as a squad member until the summer. Problem is he won't want Squad Member wages, and more likely top earning wages, the biggest downfall. Technically he is good enough for the SPL, but his fitness and pace makes him vulnerable in Midfield and Defence.
johnstone
Pretty cure he won a few leagues and cups. Do those not count, just freekicks aye? Eh? For Rangers who at the time had one of the best squads in Europe? Did Bob Malcolm carry that team? He was at Rangers for 9 years and played 66 games. Thats a shite return for a so called excellent player. You are digging a hole here mate.
David
Problem is he won't want Squad Member wages, and more likely top earning wages, the biggest downfall. If he's pissing around with no club, he'll take the wages offered to him or he can fuck right off. I stand by my opinion that he'd be a decent enough player to have in the squad, but that would mean he's only worth regular wages.
