samson1886
think this one could be a really good game if both sides play the way they have been playing at late. 2-2 juke double
Rickoza
Hibs seem to run out of steam mid-way through the second half, they put so much into it early on and if we keep them at bay then this game is definetly winnable. Rely heavily on wide men, and I think we have more steel in midfield than they do - crunch each tackle. We owe Hibs one, aint beaten them at Fir Park for a wee while now. 2-1 Motherwell. Brazilian
Can only hope them playing Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday slows them down a lot! I reckon Craig Brown will try and stiffle them, they should win it, but our defence has been reasonably sound (surviving some howling errors!) So if we can close in the midfield, we might keep their score down. Sutton to drop to the bench for this one .......................Ruddy Saunders, Craigan, Reynolds, Hammell ............Jennings......Lasley Hately...............................Coke .......Murphy...... Jutkiewicz
Rickoza
Hibs, despite losing 0-3 today, also survived some howling errors as well, noe more so than the one Bamba did second-half!
Shaka
we play Hibs in an all out football game + we`ll get ripped apart. Play high ball to Sutton + Bamba will eat them up all day! Play a sweeper, outnumber them in centre mid + shut off their front 4, play pace up top to stretch + turn their defence, Coke being spare man in mid can break to support the front 2, tell the front 2 they have to chase + hassle the whole back 4 to stop them building, bring on Murphey,Humphrey + either Forbes or Sutton to come on in last 20-30. Ruddy Craigan Hateley,Saunders,Reynolds,Hammell (Zemama)(Stokes)(Riordan)(Benji) Lasley,Jennings,Coke (Miller)(Rankin) Lukas,O`Brien (Murray)(Hogg)(Bamba)(Wetherspoon) (Smith) Keep it tight + frustrate them and Id predict a 1-0 or 2-0 Well win, try to match them at Football, and it will be 2-0 or 3-1 Hibs

DEWELL
I honestly think we can win this one. They've a tough game at St.Johnstone midweek and we'll be well rested and raring to go on saturday. Tell you IF Saints beat them and we do on saturday then 3RD SPOT is up for grabs........I know if your grannie had nuts etc but hey i can dream!!! casey
Hibs looked quite good today but a bit blunt up front. Hopefully we can take them 2-1 Murphy and Forbes
gdalli10
stokes, riordon and zemmama always seem to score against us. hoping the pitch will help us in that respect. i think we'd be doing well to get a draw out of this one
Moorey
I agree with a 2-1 'well win, with Sutton and Forbes scoring, team line up - Hateley, Craigan, Reynolds, Hammel, O'brien, Lasley, Jennings, Forbes Sutton, 'Juke G'on the 'Well..... Yir Elder
I expect a very tough game, despite their humping yesterday and the exertions they face in Perth on Wednesday. As far as our team goes I'd make a couple of changes to freshen things up. I think we need more pace so I'd start the Hump wide right instead of Sutty with Jimo moving left. In midfield I'd bring Hateley back in with Saunders coming into right back. Prediction? A draw would be a good result for me, but we are capable of winning. Thats a good shout but wuld that not neccesitate Jennings being dropped for hately ? Agree totally about starting the Hump though, stretch the game and get high balls into Buzz, on the subject of whom I hope no-one starts boo-ing him he was a great player for us. milo
I'd probably take a draw, anything else is a bonus. That said I believe the (Motherwell) players will believe this is winnable and would like to see us have a go. Hibs have the potential to rip us apart at the back but our defence has been well organised of late so hopefully that will continue and we can take something from it. Frazzie
Is Hutchison fit yet? We could really be doing with him for this one at both ends of the park.
superwell87
Would take a draw right now. Heart says 1-1, head says 2-1 Hibs.
Ya Bezzer!
Hibs have a very strong team and won't have many fears about coming to Fir Park. Could go anyway to be honest but I'd take a point like some others above me. A win would be on a par with a win over OF in my opinion. Dave87
--------------- Ruddy ---------------- Hateley---Reynolds--Craigan---Hammell Forbes-----Coke-----Lasley-----O'Brien --------Sutton-----Jutkiewicz-------- I reckon if the lads are up for this game, manage to have a right good go at hibs and if the pitch slows up hibs play a bit.. I reckon we could nick it 2-1 with Jutkiwicz and O'brien bagging the goals.
Bill Bones
Difficult one to call this. While we've been on an excellent run recently, especially defensively, I just get the feeling that a few mistakes are starting to creep in at the back. I stick with Lasley and Jennings in the middle and maybe try Coke out wide on the right with O'Brien on the left wing. The rest of the side is picking itself at the moment; Brown's always been a fairly conservative manager and is unlikely to go for drastic changes despite a relatively poor showing against the Accies. I can't see us picking up anything here, 0-2 Hibs.

I might be wrong, but I'm thinking Hibs usually come out on top We've only won twice out of the last eleven meetings of the sides at Fir Park, both of those came during McGhee's first season when we finished third. MJC_MKI
Didn't we beat them four times in McGhee's first season? Yes but two of them were at Easter Road, I was referring to Fir Park matches only earlier.
