Iain7_mfc
Good draw for us. Glebe park is one of the 10 grounds i've yet to goto so when there's a possibility of getting them it's at home! Typical in it? Anyway, good chance of progressing. Here's hoping we can make the semi's this year!
El Grew
I'm assuming St Mirren will beat Brechin and we'll beat Inverurie. Our Scottish Cup record against St Mirren is quite good and we've not lost to them at FP so home advantage is highly significant in this one. Overall Motherwell Wins = 7 St Mirren Wins = 4 Draws = 1 At Fir Park Motherwell Wins = 4 St Mirren Wins = 0 Draws =
Braz
Be great to see St Jonstone pump Rankers. We surely should get through. Wouldn't mind another semi final day at Hampden against one of the bigot brothers right enough.
Wellfan1984
OverallMotherwell Wins = 7 St Mirren Wins = 4 Draws = 1 At Fir Park Motherwell Wins = 4 St Mirren Wins = 0 Draws =1 That makes great reading, but unfortunately it's the cup and form or history means fuck all! I just have a funny feeling this is our year... not felt this confident since we reached the Semi Final against Rangers.
LankyMac
St Midden winning 1-0 thanks to Jim Hamilton
Stu
Not anymore! Brechin have equalised to make it 1-1.
DC'd
Mon the Brechin! If they are going to do it, then they are gonna need to do it in the next 30mins. EDIT: That lasted long..
LankyMac
2-1 to St Midden at half time
Stu
Make that 3-1 now. Oh well, St Mirren it is then...
frazwellfan
Seen the goals on sky sports new. Brechins's keeper at fault for the 2nd and 3rd goals.
Richie
Doing the rounds that the St Mirren v Brechin game may be required to be replayed due to St Mirren fielding an ineligible player. Anyone heard anything? Will prob win if it is replayed mind you.
Wellfan1984
Surely they should get kicked oot! Two rule breaks in about 3 years if true
Richie
Dunno if its true. Was probably just a fishing trip on P&B
ScottW1886
St Mirren: Howard, Ross, Potter, Cuthbert, Miranda, Murray, Thomson (Brighton 76), Dorman, McGinn, Hamilton (Robb 76), Wyness. That was their team - only Stephen Thomson could possibly have been ineligible through not being registered, and I'm pretty sure he signed a pre-contract so that would have been sorted. No idea on suspensions right enough, but I think it's an erroneous rumour.
