underboyleheating
there seems to be an opinion that to be a motherwell fan , u need to be decked out like a chrirtmas tree!? Can i put myself foward to be a big oak Motherwell’s colours can never be described as subtle and definately not for everyone. If a Motherwell fan chooses not to wear them it’s fine by me. Personally I like them and still actively look for tee shirts and trainers that have them. I would never wear a football top out with a matchday, unless I was going to the gym. Even then it would be kept in my sports bag until required. Surely as a decorator you enjoy a certain amount of decoration. Maybe you could wear a touch of claret and amber when we reach the Europa Cup Final? Giving your big oak one chance to ‘live the dream’ of being a Christmas tree. Al B
I think together our colours look like the sick of someone with a stomach ulcer, and although I like to wear a top to the game and/or a scarf in the winter (cos its going to the footy....thats just what you do), i'd never be seen dead in them. johnstone
Would never wear a Motherwell top unless I am going to the game or playing football. Mind you I do like my Bukta 70's style zippy top. Its braw!
AndyRoss
Personally think the fans to ghouls ratio is a bigger issue....

prideoflanarkshire
I buy the strips, have many t-shirts etc, and never wear them Love the clubs colours and would have to say I would never want the team colours to change
LadywellToi
Harry Bloody Potter ruined ever wearing the colours away from the ground on matchday.
Welldaft Mk1
Christ what next............on the eve of one of our biggest games we are doing a GOK WAN Claret and Amber 1000 x better than boring red, blue, green, black and white. I love our colours - we are Motherwell and we are Claret & Amber. If you don't like the colours there is a wee away top out right now which is all white.........or will the badge put some off - get a life.......... In Denmark I draped myself in a Claret and Amber flag and I am a vain bugg3r. Who cares what anyone else thinks...
Tartan_Special
Christ what next............ get a life.......... Who cares what anyone else thinks... It didnt take long. On a less serious note, that new hooded top is crackin I chose that over the shirt. Much brawer than johnstone's bukta effort

underboyleheating
Where and how much???? Unfortunately it doesn’t exist. It used to be my avatar on here but sadly it was created in Photoshop. Bukta did produced track tops with this template but not in claret and amber. john_M_F_C
sometimes I wear a shirt sometimes I don't. Sometimes I'll wear a claret and amber ben sherman polo. If we're away from home or in a strange european town the last thing I want is to stand out as an outsider if I get lost or something. jonnymfc
Rosie Webster from Corrie mate. Think there would be an outrage on here and P&B if I changed it! Cans, Braw pic, love it. Geedub
Love the colours but only wear a scarf on match days in the winter and the top if i'm playin fitba myself. 40+ year old men with fitba tops, shady levis they used to wear when they were trendy and pure shoddy trainers from matalan crack me up
pingu
Colour is all part of the football. Look at the Dutch national team supporters for example, try telling them they look stupid. When you get a stadium or a section full of colour via shirts, scarves, flags etc that adds to the experience and gives the team and supporters identity. Infamous Wee Grafter
Just remember Red and Green should never been seen....except when i've got my Adi Suedes on. Decorator, Oak me up Although i did wear an "I Heart Esteban" t-shirt on way over to Odense
nethertonwellfan
I love the colours and will wear the strips until the day I die because I don't see the problem with older men wearing the colours. However, it doesn't make you any less of a fan if you don't wear the colours and anyone who thinks so is talking bullshit.
