numpty
http://www.wishawpress.co.uk/wishaw-sport/...76495-27127091/ Motorpoint teams up with Motherwell FCAug 25 2010 by Andrew Weston, Wishaw Press MOTORPOINT has teamed up with Motherwell FC to provide the club with a minibus for the first-team squad. The Fir Park outfit currently don’t have dedicated training facilities in Motherwell and as a result have to alternate between Dalziel Park in Cleland and Toryglen in Glasgow. The Scottish car firm, which has a 10-acre site in Mount Vernon, Glasgow, stepped in to provide manager Craig Brown and his staff with a new, dual-branded Fiat Ducato 3.0 Maxi Minibus to transport the players between locations during the season. The 14-seater minibus, which would cost upwards of £25,000 at a franchised dealer, will also be used extensively by the club to support its community projects. Motherwell FC Chief Executive Leeann Dempster said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be working alongside Motorpoint here at the club and the partnership is going from strength to strength. “We really needed a new minibus for use for the first team and the company were only too happy to step up and help out. Graham Provest, General Manager of Motorpoint Glasgow added: “We’re delighted to have been able to help Motherwell FC and hope it will prove beneficial to the team both on and off the pitch.”

I thought we had an arrangement with Dalziel High to use Dalziel Park, also, when does the new training centre open at the Craig? I am all for getting mini buses and such like but curious as to why???

Nice to see the club change gears like this though - seems like a clutch deal.

Real Radio are hosting their phone in from it that night. Think its open to public from 4 October

underboyleheating
I see Motorpoint are now sponsoring our shorts. Must be something in return for helping us out with a new team minibus.
