Guest 'Flow
Folks, Sad to report that former General Manager Russell Rodger sadly passed away this morning after a long illness. Russell was the man charged with steadying the ship after going into administration. I know a lot of folk on here will have had dealings with him over the years... sydney devine
Dealt with Russell on several occasions and he always had the club at heart. Was an old-school absolute gentleman (never saw him anything other than immaculately dressed) and he was always genuinely concerned with all matters MFC, never more so than during the traumatic period of administration. Larry David
Very sad to hear of Russell's passing - in my experience he was indeed a true gent. Which is more than can be said for the totally inappropriate comments of a couple of posters on this thread. Is a bit of respect too much to ask?
